I had my worst experience with Dr. Zeenat Eva Khan (Gynecologist) she was extremely rude, harsh & misbehaving. She asked me irrelevant questions and dint like me asking her about details (my queries).

I had taken my appointment weeks earlier still had to wait for 2 hours with my mother for my turn in the morning. There is no punctuality and professionalism. They dont know how to deal with their patients with understanding, care and politeness. The doctors really need to educate themselves & learn ethics.

Hopistals and doctors these days are just money making machines. Will never visit there again and recommend the doctor and hospital to anyone. Literally Pathetic! Wasted my money and time.

Today I and my friend zayn Ali zayn also had a worst experience of visiting Dr. J. I bhatti (Dermatologist).
First he asked my friend about his problem and what had he treated for his acne.my friend sincerely answered that he had not visited any dr previously its his frst time. Dr was constantly insisting him about what he did for acne.my friend said that he only used natural home remedies and the dr suddendly started shouting like a mad on him.
Then on my turn first he asked me about my problem n my history consultancy to any dr.and as i said about dr batool he again started yelling that these all drs specialy dr batool n dr gohar Ali khan are bloody fools, neem hakim. He was constantly using the word PAKHANDI (seriously even i dnt knw what does it mean) for all the drs and i was like what kind of language is he using about any one.
What does he think about himself! Well i have seen first time in my life such an ill-mannered so called doctor. Any ways after tattling so much he gave me a prescription for about 50 different ointments/facewashes and 10 different tests sorry to say for a while i felt like i m a t.b r cancer patient. ASTAGHFIRULLAH.
Than he called me to visit after 30 days and said if you will delay 30 days to 31 than don't come to visit me again.such a pathetic behaviour he had. I regret, if i had given that fee to any needy it could be more better than that non-sense
Please i beg who ever wants or planing to visit him please for god sake.give that money and time to some needy it would rather be better than visiting him.
A big NO to visit or recomend him to anyone

Very well hospital in this area expensive but very good equipped and very well maintained hospital some parking problems due to short area have so people are distrub. Net and clean elevator are so good and also security is very well In all facilities have very experienced doctor also cardiac department is so good and emergency service is so good I tried many times I get shocked results every time expensive but not bed life is so expensive.

DR, MUHAMMAD KHALID (ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON) USA is Not worth due to his medicines and treatment my father had to suffer a lot.hes not recomended at all, NMC is doing business rather then diagnosing serious health issues.

The National Medical Center is a hospital full of people. It is a place that is being run more as a commercial enterprise than healthcare. There are queues of vehicles outside the hospital and you can find a parking space about a kilometer away. Golf carts operate for such individuals to transport them to the hospital. Many consultant doctors for various diseases also sit in NMC. That is why the rush is more. The situation is better in the rest of the private wards. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

One of the busiest Hospital i have ever seen all the time. It has no parking area some time you have to park your car half kilometre away from the hospital and so the service road busy all the time. Usually their security staff available there for to look after traffic.

Third class hospital only playing with life's and making fool for earnings.however petinet died we lose our cousin due to there technicians they are technician not a doctor's.

Not bad. Just a long wait is needed for your appointment.
My doctor is Dr Shafique Rehman Rehumatologist. The best and kind doctor.

Overall NMC is best.
When I compare it with Aga Khan & South City.
The price and facilities are same, and the same doctors are available at NMC, whom we pay higher at AKU & South City.

Very busy and noisy. Needs to have some semblance of discipline.

Rude endoscopy staff. The lady in the endoscopy lab shut the door on my face when I asked her about who to talk to for a CT scan. The authorities at national medical center need to learn that patients are your revenue. Shutting the doors on Thier face is shutting the door on revenue. And lacking bedside manner is nothing to be proud of. Lady in the endoscopy lab, client facing job isn't for you.

Always had a good experience, the reports were delivered on time, the room was tidy, and the nurses were not rude. The care provided to the patient will always be appreciated.

National Medical Centre in DHA - 1, Karachi is a modern hospital with new and advanced technology medical equipment. Although their charges are higher but they provide best and the possible medical treatment. Doctors are professionals and the medical staff is well trained, they are cooperative. However the outside Parking position is much disturbing, there is no proper Parking space for the visitors, traffic jam in this area is a horrible situation, Management needs to develop Parking lot soon.

National Medical Center is a modern hospital for all kind of medical facilities. Has a 24 hours Emergency, Lab, Radiology and other facilities. But the rates and fees are a bit high and should be taken less for poor patients.

I am an English teacher at an orphanage and I counsel those who have seen family disasters. Visited Dr Anila Malik for a small issue to which she said you have depression. First of all it is not her job, secondly if she thinks she could jump into diagnosing a psychological/psychiatric issue, to which she is not entitled to, has anyway no right to mock any patient specially in front of someone's husband. Thirdly me wearing Burqa does not mean she could easily say "madarsay mie parhati hongi"! She thinks can label anyone saying she sees 60-70 patients and has the capability to read people's minds. Hats off NMC and Dr. Anila Malik for being so unkind to people.

Worst experience with respect to patient management. Hospital taking pride in long waiting queues. Bulding is good, management is worst and staff is rude.

Very expensive and runs the hospital by private doc not by Nmc management. They can't take decisions or amend doctors rules.we have an appointment with doc Humaira on Saturday afternoon.she mentioned several test to be taken than she can write medication.today on Monday right after 1 day went for test and all. Once all test done at Nmc doc PA demand for fresh slip.
It's an matter of 2 days 'mostly in all over Pakistan doc are checking on same slip within same week.once we approached to Mr imran admin incharge.his sympathy was with me but he was pearlised to makes comments. He mentions clearly this hospital is manage by doctors not nmc management.pethatic behaviour of doctors and creating theirs rules to slaughter the patients.don't go there if you have halal money.jazakallah

Very pathetic, they take lot of Time and don't follow their timely schedule, they booked me for 9: 30pm and it took to around more than 11: 30

In this Hospital Doctor Nasir Hussain (pulmonologist) is giving the patient 10 to 11 Kind of Medicines even the patient has a very rare problem. Please do not go for his consultation. He gives so many useless tests and Xrays.
