I just checked in the nmc yesterday with my mother. Dr Nazish Butt (Gastro Specialist) such a nice doctor.
Highly Recommend!

They do unnecessary test make your bills.and have poor doctors.especially Dr Shamim Kausar how give wrong injections to paitents which cause death

Drs at NMC are not at all punctual. They always reach late to clinics and don’t bother about discomfort of the patients. Miserable state of affairs.

I love the doctor who saw me. The hospital is clean and tidy. Love the nurses here.
The Only thing is that the hospitals here need to create a system or application where the patients can see whose coming in the next 10 patients. The patients could either receive a text message or a call. Everyone will be saved from germs and no1 would have to waste their precious time waiting at the hospital.
Just an advice or suggestions specially for the seniors since my parents can’t sit for too long. May Allah keep everyone safe and sound in these difficult times. May we take care of each other & love one another. Love can conquer everything!

Not in a medical center but in a commercial building to rob people. I did tests and they said that there were stones, but during the operation they did not find any stones, only pain and loss of money. When they brought me to the rest room, a small, narrow room and the bathroom without liquid soap or tissues, even water, they did not give it to you and food, even though it was the amount paid Approximately 70,000 rupees and every 5 minutes the nurse comes and asks you to leave because your time is up, knowing that I am still drugged and sick and the amount paid for a whole day.

This hospital is always crowded. The management staff needs more training on how to treat patient and their guests. Almost every staff of this hospital is rude.

They have very less space considering number of service they provide.i. E, their laboratory is so small that the person in need of test have to wait outside if there is another person is inside for test sample (and this is pre-covid condition).

They have worst doctors and nurses in emergency department.

Parking is another major issue if you own a vehicle.

Would recommend other hospital if you have no emergency.

I had my worst experience with Dr. Zeenat Eva Khan (Gynecologist) she was extremely rude, harsh & misbehaving. She asked me irrelevant questions and dint like me asking her about details (my queries).

I had taken my appointment weeks earlier still had to wait for 2 hours with my mother for my turn in the morning. There is no punctuality and professionalism. They dont know how to deal with their patients with understanding, care and politeness. The doctors really need to educate themselves & learn ethics.

Hopistals and doctors these days are just money making machines. Will never visit there again and recommend the doctor and hospital to anyone. Literally Pathetic! Wasted my money and time.

This hospital is very good and also expensive there can be little bit parking issue and it is also a busy hospital.it is a good hospital in condition, it is a good hospital in service, it is good in treatment and so on.for more visit it. It was a personal review.thanks

Good and clean hospital, staff and specialist doctors are also good but fee of doctors are very high. Parking is big issue there. Doctors punctuality is also an issue. But all doctors are very qualified and professional and well trained supported staff and well equipped facilities also best so fee can be justified. Hospital is well design and clean hygienic environment. Laboratory and pharmacy are good too.

Keep one thing in your when ever you want to visit NMC emergency you need to wait for 15 mints as your Dr might make you wait for 15 mints as he could be busy in replying to his watsapp messages.

Really busy place, over crowded.they should limit the number of attendants during corona.plus parking is a big hassle if you are coming here

Total Fraudulent operations specially if you on a panel or insured.overcharging, without giving any cure or service.be careful they will falsely claim that you are covid and without giving any care, where as after release of patient result was negative.

Always remember that you can wait for 15minutes in emergency as your doctor might be busy in replying his what's app messeges

Money taking machine. I went there for a surgery so they did my corona test and anti-bodies test. Anti-bodies was negative but corona was positive without any symptoms.

They charge me extra for staying in corona ward. Corona ward doesn’t even had a bell or phone for calling the nurses. I was totally helpless in corona ward after my surgery.

After 2 days I got discharged from the hospital and went straight to Chugtai Lab for corona test and it was negative.

Totally non-professionalism for NMC. They don’t think about patients just want money.

This my sisters experience.

Today I and my friend zayn Ali zayn also had a worst experience of visiting Dr. J. I bhatti (Dermatologist).
First he asked my friend about his problem and what had he treated for his acne.my friend sincerely answered that he had not visited any dr previously its his frst time. Dr was constantly insisting him about what he did for acne.my friend said that he only used natural home remedies and the dr suddendly started shouting like a mad on him.
Then on my turn first he asked me about my problem n my history consultancy to any dr.and as i said about dr batool he again started yelling that these all drs specialy dr batool n dr gohar Ali khan are bloody fools, neem hakim. He was constantly using the word PAKHANDI (seriously even i dnt knw what does it mean) for all the drs and i was like what kind of language is he using about any one.
What does he think about himself! Well i have seen first time in my life such an ill-mannered so called doctor. Any ways after tattling so much he gave me a prescription for about 50 different ointments/facewashes and 10 different tests sorry to say for a while i felt like i m a t.b r cancer patient. ASTAGHFIRULLAH.
Than he called me to visit after 30 days and said if you will delay 30 days to 31 than don't come to visit me again.such a pathetic behaviour he had. I regret, if i had given that fee to any needy it could be more better than that non-sense
Please i beg who ever wants or planing to visit him please for god sake.give that money and time to some needy it would rather be better than visiting him.
A big NO to visit or recomend him to anyone

Poor service in Radiology department. After Ultrasound i ask for the report they said it will be ready after 2 hours. While the ultrasound report generates at the same time when the Ultrasound completes. I don't know why they are doing like this. Very bad experience to be honest.

This hospital just cares about making money. I went to dr tariq almost 7 months ago because i was having loose stools problem. My sister went to dr.sajid because she was having a fever. Both of us almost had to pay 10k to these guys because of their tests and everything. With their prescription i got more sick and so did my sister. She is now having stomach pain and vomitting. They only care about making money.

Good hospital but too much crowded.most of the times rooms are not available and some time even general ward also not available

A very good hospital with excellent services. NMC is fully modern and technology oriented hospital which providing wonderful services to their patients.

Dr. Samar Abbas jafri just making money there amd making people fool very bad experience with him and over all hopital is bad
