Don't go in this hospital doctors are frauds and they kill most of there patients by doing wrong treatment daily 5 to 8 people die here

Over all this hospital is very well maintained and machinery of this hospital is new technology and doctors is very professional.

Today went to OPD to see a doctor with my mother @ in evening, they gave us 15 number and it's 8: 30 we are still sitting in asle with pathetic management who doesn't call a number but names at their will.on inquiry they have standard replies like abhi 11 number hai thora waite kar. They are constantly using their phone and managing the numbers at their will. Charging Rs. 2,000 with pathetic and irresponsible service like we are happy to sit in I'll managed lobby.

Pathetic OPDs, doctors are not on time, they keep you waiting … staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Too expensive, Very slow in OPD.
Not a good sitting arrangement for waiting patients/companions.

Very bad services at gionic department for Appointment. Staff hangup my calls and not listening so rude and misbehaved

Unfortunately NMC hospital will not allow dead body if it relative or family will not pay their fee

NICU ward and staff is very nice but Peads ward is pathetic and irresponsible. Highly non professional and illetrate staff. Hospital itself is over crowded.

Worst experience with N. M. C National Medical Center at Kala Pull, Karachi, worst were staff of Nuero Surgeon Dr. Junaid Ashraf, were biased and want bribe. Goverment hospitals are far better than N. M. C.

Very impressive behavior from the whole staff of NMC they responded very quickly and respectively to the patients with online and offline both.

It is very unhygienic and dirty. Practically no care of social distancing and no enforcement of masks. Had smell in sitting areas. Prices are high as compared to the facility. I would not recommend at all. Don't waste your time foing there and especially with current COVID conditions.do not risk going there. We regretted us going there.

Its one of the oldest hospital in the vicinity of DHA. They have different department available. They are very famous for Nero department. Price wise they are on the higher side but they have better facilities as compare to other private hospitals

Very good health care hospital we use to go this hospital since last 13 year we trust on this hospital very good doctors very good staff. Me my family and relatives when ever we need health care we go to NMC hospital

Very crowded hospital with variety of services. The staff is overworked and pharmacy is crowded. Even for emergency medicines you have to line up. It is your luck if you get a humane physician. Otherwise they are just interested in making the buck.

This hospital is good for several reasons especially the faculty of Doctors they have. But they are not maintaining healthcare standards for OPD patients.e. G. No hand sanitizers are installed outside OPD clinics and waiting areas.

NMC (National Medical Center) The hospital is equipped with many latest machines and expert doctors who are reliable. The staff is cooperative and the hospital is extremely clean. However, their children's ward needs a lot of improvement. At least make some space for the mothers to sit comfortably.

Excellent location but huge traffic and parking issues. They have started free pick and drop by the parking cart, which is a good initiative and facility. Some people complain about the overcharge by NMC but are still too crowded because it is the only option as a moderate private hospital in the south zone. Hygienic atmosphere, professional staff, and facilities justify the fees.

Well maintained and quality of svc but pharmacy policy should be reviewed as they didn't return unused medicines in ER a

NMC is best hospital.specially lower staff i must say they are very caring and attentive.hospital management is very strick and its good for both of us.billing sysytem specially package system is very convenient for patients.yes 1 thing i observe in admission room kai pannel walay patients ko late admission milta hai aur cash waloon ko jaldi.management ko is mattar ko dekhna chahiya.overhaul hospital is superb.
