Imtiaz Super Market

Imtiaz store overall experience is very good, while 1 thing is very unusual that Coffee of Imtiaz own is not up to mark. Its taste is not good. I suggest to all that not to buy Imtiaz own coffee only buy Nescafee or etc.

I want to submit a complain that your staff charge me extra money for three lay but I just buy two are they not able to count righly or is this kind of staff that don't know how to count kindly refund my one lays price and this happen on Saturday 25 Jan 2020 and i pay cash also if you not believe then check the cctv time 6: 30 between 7: 10 pm other wise I have to take strict action against you.

Very very crowded.
Security risk for customers. Even enterence is almost free for situation.

Pathetic Services Ever, They don't have product handling ever, i will not recommend any one, They things when expiry nearby 3 months for his profit they no need what customer or consumer problem, Imtiaz payment counter persons they are not trained or use absuive words with customer and they talk each other when customer front of counters.

The rich people have the rations, only the pretenders go here, the prices are cheaper than the general market

Very very disappointing. Bad service. I had been several times but always short of items like cold drinks food stuff or daily usage items. Bad attitude of the staff. Authorities should take some MEGA action about it otherwise u will loose your MEGA credibility

Generally its okay if you want to shop for things but the customer care is awful, especially the people at the security check, i get that there is need for more security during covid-19 but i think someone with better manners would be much welcomed.

I visited only for gooseberry pickle but there was not available

Today 11/5/2021, I visit Imtiaz at defense/Qayyumabad branch at 6 AM but there is no responsible person who inform the exact timing of store due to this mantaly and physically tourcherd to coming costumers by Imtiaz super store till now they didn't update their page which is still Open status and no response on call/WhatsApp Hope Imtiaz will look into this matter

Very good experience in imtiaz super market but customer care service is zero no any response for customer calls, messages or what's up business account

Aside from the problem of waiting for an HOUR just to get a shopping cart from another customer, the rest is just fine. I guess

Too many staff, but no customers service. Staff is not very helpfull and mis behaving with customers, may be it is ok and accepted for customer, as they can find every thing under one roof and in better price then market. So great store with zero customers service?

People are parking trolley at one place and buying and carrying thing to bring it to trolley. And listening very abused words from staff.
In vvegetable area, every one first grabbing 8,9 plastic from centralised holder, then he should filling each, trolley is standing out side as no space to bring it, how he can cary this and Que for pricing and then to take it to trolley

I would like to take one thing from the bakery I have to wait for 10 min in line at bakery to pay, and again the same on other few counters too. When you have at the end to pay for every thing why I have to pay at few places within store.

The Nazimabad branch needs to have more variety in terms of fruit and vegetables. I mean, they need to sell fresh fruit and vegetables too apart from meat and bakery.

Everything is good except the arrangement of particular shelves which makes things difficult to find

I saw more facilities in Imtiaz than in other shopping malls,
And I prefer the distinction to the rest of the malls.

Reasonably priced, can find most of the time. However, it's too crowded.
I went to the Qayumabad branch, items are clearly placed in shelf but too much public, either you decide to go at 8 a.m where you can shop in peace.

Helpful staff

Everythings perfect except the staff. They are really rude and they make fun of their customers. I hope they get some manners.

It's an approachable super market with better standard of convenience products including meat, fish, chicken and vegetables.
