Too many staff, but no customers service. Staff is not very helpfull and mis behaving with customers, may be it is ok and accepted for customer, as they can find every thing under one roof and in better price then market. So great store with zero customers service?

People are parking trolley at one place and buying and carrying thing to bring it to trolley. And listening very abused words from staff.
In vvegetable area, every one first grabbing 8,9 plastic from centralised holder, then he should filling each, trolley is standing out side as no space to bring it, how he can cary this and Que for pricing and then to take it to trolley

I would like to take one thing from the bakery I have to wait for 10 min in line at bakery to pay, and again the same on other few counters too. When you have at the end to pay for every thing why I have to pay at few places within store.

Grams, basin, dates, salt, spices, masalas, rice, sugar, cold drinks, juice, soups, almost everything is available here and each brand available here. Normally from 1st till 10th of month, it's so crowded because people gets their monthly grocery on these days. Normally on day time there is less crowd, so if you want to do your shopping in calm and peaceful environment, then go day time.

The supermarket is a best one stop shop to buy groceries and household consumables with a wide array of local and imported products at a very reasonable price. The products are easy to locate and the location is also convenient for most of the karachitees.

But the improvement always remain. They should offer the discounts on special occasions and should distribute the discount cards to their regular users.

Imtiaz KPT Interchange branch is my fav for monthly shopping, low price and you find almost everything for home groceries to other house hold items. The latest issue is parking problem at this branch, which is really annoying for the customers, they really need to work on that.

Its karachi branch in Defence is allll love.whatever u need.u will find it there.nowhere else to look for.fresh meat is the best part.and inrely on that because if you during late hours.its almost finished and they excuse for not having any in stock.vegetables are fresh.though a little expensive from local markets.but still worth the time.would love if they could open at least one big branch in Islamabad.

The Nazimabad branch needs to have more variety in terms of fruit and vegetables. I mean, they need to sell fresh fruit and vegetables too apart from meat and bakery.

Pathetic Services Ever, They don't have product handling ever, i will not recommend any one, They things when expiry nearby 3 months for his profit they no need what customer or consumer problem, Imtiaz payment counter persons they are not trained or use absuive words with customer and they talk each other when customer front of counters.

Excellent prices, excellent stocking levels, efficient and fast counters, this place is really killing it at the volume game. I suggest one tries to never go there during rush hour unless you want to experience a very representative cross section of Karachi society.
