Shangrila Resort Hotel Murree

It is a good place to stay with family and friends. Room service is good. Food is little ok.

The location is very peaceful, if you want to stay calm, this hotel is perfect. Food stuff is awesome and service is also nice

One of the best resort is shangrila, i have not seen any resort like that before. Is suitable for family bcz this resort share has a lunge and garden in muree with free wifi. Get everything i need on that resort. This resort is extremely accommodating and has best views.

I want to give some suggestions that you should improve play ground area.where people can play ice skitting games. Should improve food quality and guid the waiter to show good behaviour.
At the end i suggested everyone please visit shangrila resort.

Shangrilla Hotel & Resorts Murree is on Lawrence College Road adjacent to Punjab House, Murree. Visited alongwith family few days back & stayed one night in their family suits. Family suit provided was quite spacious, comfortable & cozy with excellent heating system. The hotel's location is quite peaceful, nice ambiance, friendly & courteous staff and above all well maintained with natural God gifted scenic beauty also away from the busy /crowded Mall Area. Separate Restaurant is provided for the food 24/7 for Restaurant customers as well as walk in customers. Quality of food found excellent though the rates are bit high but justified having location and its maintability. Children playing also provided separately at some height. The breakfast provided complimentary which was really remarkable. Having away from busy and crowded area hotel/resort is mostly booked by the groups & corporate entities for official functions as well. Presently availability provided for Cottage, Family Suit, Executive Suits & Delux rooms. Recommended to friends and families visiting Murree.

A very memorable stay was with my family in this resorts, everything was perfect, freindly staff, clean and neat rooms, kids play are and delicies food, i will miss it always.

Quiet and dated. Perfect if you want to be alone and want a cutoff from world. A big complain about mattress they have in their rooms. It's ortho mattress.really hard and uncomfortable sleep

Visited along with family and stayed one night. The hotel is quite good and well maintained. Rates are a little high but justified.
There is a proper restaurant and the food was fresh.
The location is very peaceful and away from the usual Murree loud life.
There is a small section for children to play too.
The breakfast was complimentary and very good

Used to love the veranda, but the new owners have no aesthetic sense. They have ruined the beautifule sitting area, and the view, it had. Disappointed!
But the rooms are good, so are the services and the food.

Very very bad experience.not recommended at all.filthy and smelly linen, complementry breakfast was like they are serving beggers.smell in rooms, while writing this still waiting for hot water after calling thrice to the reception.dont waste your money folks coming here seriously.absolute garbage

Location is awesome but rooms are not of that level.washrooms are pathetic especially shower.food is average

Nice location, easy eccess to murree, nathia gali. Good ambiance and friendly staff. Food prices have gone up substantially.

A beautiful hotel and resort. But a little bit horror at night. We had a stay of two days it is a good resort to spend holidays.

A wonderful place, a must visit, good ambiance and wonderful staff we had the most wonderful experience here.

Building wise it's good, service wise it's not up to the mark.blanket and pillows were not clean, food was average.
