Shangrila Resort Hotel Murree

It is a good place to stay with family and friends. Room service is good. Food is little ok.

Great place for family. Must visit and stay here. Which atmosphere you need to relax in cold weather all are available.

A very memorable stay was with my family in this resorts, everything was perfect, freindly staff, clean and neat rooms, kids play are and delicies food, i will miss it always.

Quiet and dated. Perfect if you want to be alone and want a cutoff from world. A big complain about mattress they have in their rooms. It's ortho mattress.really hard and uncomfortable sleep

Visited along with family and stayed one night. The hotel is quite good and well maintained. Rates are a little high but justified.
There is a proper restaurant and the food was fresh.
The location is very peaceful and away from the usual Murree loud life.
There is a small section for children to play too.
The breakfast was complimentary and very good

Used to love the veranda, but the new owners have no aesthetic sense. They have ruined the beautifule sitting area, and the view, it had. Disappointed!
But the rooms are good, so are the services and the food.

A beautiful hotel and resort. But a little bit horror at night. We had a stay of two days it is a good resort to spend holidays.

A wonderful place, a must visit, good ambiance and wonderful staff we had the most wonderful experience here.

Best ever place in Murree Room Standards are upto Standard for Single person. But trust me if you are married then Bro You need to Check the Bed thrice specially the crown of bed as it create huge sound. So you need to be careful

Stayed here in snowfall. Great rooms, very good central heating and exceptional service. Very prompt in responding to any request you make. Uninterrupted electricity. Food taste felt sub par though. Had a very nice stay overall. The only downside is that not much view from the room.

But if you want to stay away from all the crowd, this is one of the best hotels to stay at.

Can’t complain, one of the best hotels which i have been into, especially the view is just fantastic, not to mention the service and people who works there, they were so warm and you can feel like you are home, i deeply recommend you guys trying it, and i believe that you will end up writing good reviews as me.

It is located at a very peaceful location and the hotel is very good. Staff is courteous and you will find delicious food here especially fish. The rooms are big and have all the standard facilities. You will find lots of places for photography inside and around this hotel. They also have a decent space for parking. You need transport to go to Mall Road. Overall it is a nice place to spend your vacations or arrange mod level events

The food is just great! Loving the atmosphere and the place is heavenly. Absolutely delighted with the service and hospitality. If your in Muree you better wanna plan a visit up here.
