26Because there costomer serves is very poor and there is not a single professional they know how to deal with customer
Its okay but they are slow and they donot repair every mobile, they will send you back and you can get the mobile repaired from singapore plaza or any other repair center.
Best service by a mobile phone company in the town. Very cooperative staff and swift service.
Because the personal here was just trying to satisfy me with words. Free services which OPPO announced like free cleaning, update software/ flash etc. All he was saying that ur phone don't need update, don't need cleaning despite it's dirty enough that anyone can spot the dirt anyhow that was my experience
90% people are coming back without their phones claimed/repaired. They have different excuses and discourage the clinets so that client wont buy Oppo next time.
