26 Actually I want to know, i have oppo reno 4 and the issue is When it gets on the Logo stuck and further it doesn't proceed.
Is there any solution please tell me where i can get it's solution.
Staff was great. Price of spare parts very reasonable. Only took 30 mins to replace panel with 3 months warranty. Overall great service.
Repaired the panel of my oppo f19 pro within an hour. The staff is very cooperative. The front desk lady dealt with us with extreme professionalism. The guy who repaired my phone was really nice and generous to give me discount of 20%.
Service is not even good. They just factory reset the phone without knowing the actual problem. Also oppo phone are rubbish. Waste of money
There was built-in fault with oppo mobile since inception as per the Engineers statement, it took 40 minutes to settled down, without any charges they returned the phone. I would say high professonalism.
I called them before going. They guided and shared information properly. At the centre, the person was helpful. She guided well and completed the paperwork. They gave me a time to pick up my phone. I called one hour before and came to know that phone was ready. Upon arrival they walked me through various checks of phone. I found the people at the centre courteous and helpful. Excellent after sales care. Attitude matters and being helpful after selling is indicator that the company thinks for a long term relationship. I will definitely recommend Oppo to all my friends.
Excellent customer service from staff of OPPO Blue Area. Especially, Mr. Usman was here who repaired my phone within an hour. Decent and polite staff.
I have further become fan of OPPO brand. I have been using F3 Plus since last 4 years, which is working quite fine. Charges are quite reasonable, compared to market. Price for original fast charging cable for F3 Plus is Rs 1000. They changed charging port of A3 plus for only Rs 700.
Too expensive they charged me 12000 for panel replacement which was around 6 to 7k in local market. Panel was short:/

Professional staff! I had to find a replacement charger for my realme smartphone. Luckily they had what I needed! Highly recommended. Easily locatable.

V bad experience.they don't solve the problem and don't repair the minor problem and say everyone mobile need to change the hardware on half of Mobile price.please don't buy chinese oppo mobile unprofessional corona people and company.not recommend

one thing seems worth mentioning for me is to not bring mobiles which are not officially launched in Pakistan i.e kits, they do not support unofficial phones, viz kits. Thought even if you are willing to pay thenm you have to go to the open market to fix the issue.
The employees of oppo services were so good they were so good at talking about the phones they gave us so much attention we appreciate it if anything i mean if your phone is issuing i mean oppo phone so please go there they will fix it and they were so at it ️ they fix my phone just in 30 minutes i was so happy thank you for your service ️
