Western Clinic reviews
9I was a great experienced in western clinical hospital staff and doctors are very cooperative.
This isn’t how a hospital should be. They don’ respond to calls. They should be mindful of the fact that this is a hospital, and Allah forbid that if a person is in a critical condition and they don’t respond, what’s the purpose of the hospital then? Should we let the person die? Even if they aren’t available, they should at least at the minimum call back to reply that they aren’t available, so we go to another hospital. Please improve your healthcare quality and service!
Extremely Poor service. I took my home staff there they didn't treated her well. Lady Doctor sanam was very rude. As if she is not a doctor she asked treatment from someone on call. Never recommend anyone.
The behaviour of the doctors and nurses was worthy of commendation. They acted most wisely and ably while handling the problems of the patients.
"5-Star Experience at Western Clinic - Highly Impressed with their Professionalism and Care"
I undergone Incision & Drainage of Sebaceous Cyst here on 04-12-2022. Professor Dr. Faisal Ghani Siddiui assisted by Dr. Sanam and Paramedic Zohaib did a tremendous job done. Really very very thankful of them and wish that place may maintain the standards of medical ethics and professionalism even after reaching at the peak in their business.
Very neat and clean, professional + polite staff. They even had a 24/7 pharmacy and mart area, first aid ER was impressive for a small set up. Great experience
I've been here several times when unwell and have nothing but good things to say about this small clinic/hospital. Their fees are reasonable and the staff are professional too. Recently after spending a couple of hours in here due to food poisoning, there was some confusion with payment and I had been billed Rs100 for medicine twice. The nurse who looked after me ran out to catch us and let us know what happened, and return my Rs100 note. The day nurse even called me the next day to check how I was! It's small gestures like this that compels me to write a review for them today and to recommend them to others.
They also have (on call) THE BEST cardiologist in Karachi as far as I'm concerned: Dr Bela Khan. I have been to many, in many different cities and she is the only one who is so thorough in explaining things, never trying to rush you out or taking other patients calls during your session with her. She genuinely cares and does her job like you would expect in a British or American clinic. God bless her and the rest of the team.
