Starting me achi thi company but now very poor service.very bad experience recently.
Me Order place kiye advance payment k liye call aai in ki full payment b kr di lakin 7 din bad call aai k product available nhi payment refund ho jae gi 1.5 lac wo b hamari policy k mutabik 7 10 days lgen gy bhai galti ap ki website update kro chlo man liya nhi update kr sky but payment to foran wapis kr do phir.
But 7 -10 days ki bjae 2 mahiny guzar gy daily in ko contact krty but payment le kr bethy rhy ye log
Call ap ki nhi uthai jae gi paymemt k bad sirf whatsapp pr chat ho gi
Rozana 3-4 msgs krny k bad b yehi msg ata sir kindly wait
After 2-3 month jab me legal notice beja then payment mili mujy wapis.
To bilkul b suggest nhi krta me ap k pass faltu payment or itna time hy to order kren

Buying from telemart online means penalizing your self.if you placing order you should forget it for more than 8 days there will not be any move you will feel from them, they do payment verification in 5 days, pathetic.after payment verification they take more time to deliver the product, this is the only online company which charges service charges on card no other does this cheap and creepy act.despite they dont even deliver on time subsequently.

They're running a scam. Never make the mistake of submitting money before order confirmation. It's been over a month and they haven't returned me my money, despite multiple reminders and emails.

Telemart has no contact number, so there's absolutely no way of speaking to their representatives. Their entire operation reeks of wrongdoing and I would strongly urge authorities to investigate this fraud business.

How to track your order online, i have ordered smart watch and cant find how to track it. Plus How can i contact them on call?

Never buy from them. Its been a month bought a mobile from them they never returned the money and not even delivered the mobile

I have ordered a Smart watch but it's been more than a week, they have not delivered it neither they sent any tracking details of the order, Despite contacting them to deliver, the haven't. Worst delivery speed

I order an Apple Pencil and it said it will come in 2-4 days it’s been more than a week. No emails are being checked no tickets r being responded to. Advance payment and I’m stuck.

Update: Received the product

Do not prepay for any products from Telemart. You’ll end up stressed and anxious because of the misinformation from their end.
They will continue to tell you they have shipped your order even if they haven’t.
Their customer support is awful, so you have to send dozens of emails just to find out your order status. They also continue to keep your money hostage and refuse refunds despite constant miscommunication and delays.

Worst online store ever. I ordered a smart watch and its been around 12-14 days no specific time was given, NO customer care number no live chat. I asked on the support platform about the expected time i'll get my order they said it will take around 48-72 hours.then emailed them again after 72 hours again same reply and still no update about the order. They provided me Malir cantt franchise number with order confirmation on website as i opted for Pick up from cantt franchise but no response from the number provided they don't answer there phone.

Still waiting for my order.

Third class customer support and return system. Who the heck charges for returns?
If these guys send you defective/wrong product and you want to return it, you'll have to pay shipping fee, they will replace the product and charge shipping again, lol.
A 500 PKR product would cost you 1200 just because of this, for one return. Imagine if you have to return it again.
Never going to recommend it to anyone. I just wasted my time and money.

One of the worst online shopping store of Pakistan. They are scammers. I made advance payment. After 10 days of advance payment still waiting for my parcel. No way to contact. FIA must seal these scammers. Thee owner Ahmed Rauf Essa is such a scammer.

Very poor customer service, no one picks up or responds to the queries. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AND NEVER PAY THE ADVANCE.

Pathetic service and huge level of scammers they are. They're spending so much on marketing and words and nothing on operations and services in the first place which makes their identity. Never ever take that risk, Daraz and Ali express are the best apps for online marketplace.

What type of tech store they are running? Worst pathetic customer support. I've already paid from my credit card worth 47k. It's been 8 days not received my order. Since I keep on calling them and generate a ticket from their support center. But not getting a single response. I request everyone please don't buy from this store.

Stay safe from them they are just scammers.never ever order any thing from them online.they will just take your money and you will be never entertained

Shittt services.i have placed an order 2 weeks ago.its not delivered yet.ihave already paid for that product.shame on u.very poor and unprofessional behavior by telemart.

Very slow and poor service, In portal/website when I placed order there you mentioned delivery in 24 Hrs.to 72 Hrs. But now passed 96 Hrs, and you still respond that more 2 to 3 working days to deliver the parcel means more 100s hrs. Moreover that's also not confirm that I receive my order in 2 to 3 working days, Because in 96hrs/ 5th day order status is still process in admin. Too much disappointment from your service. I will push review regarding your bad and slow service and ask my fellows and network to never ever use TELEMART, Because its not a trusted and non-cooperative Store/Brand. Once again poor customer service not picking call and respond to much late. As I complain on portal and messenger (FB Page) now 3rd day I received same response about 2 to 3 days delivery, Mean wait 2 to 3 working days to get your parcel. It's too much disappointment that I have Pay in Advance for my Package worth of around 43K. But still your behavior and service is too poor.

Horrible experience. They are scammers, never ever order from them yet alone submit money in advance. They don't have any helpline or contact center, they respond on whatsapp after 2-3 days with general replies. Placed order on Oct 6 for Ipad, till Oct 15 they said delayed from vendor, no updates, no where to call. When I asked for refund, they replied after 10 day and finally received my refund on Oct 27 after constant emails, messages and calls.

They should be banned by authorities. Already submitted complaint to FIA.
