4Charged extra 1000 per perfume bottle with no explanation. The smells are average or below average. Would not recommend again.

The customer service and products are terrible. My mom bought a diffuser thing for a couple thousand and they sold it saying it'll work for months and years and it stopped working within a week. When she went back to ask them for a refund or even at least them to fix it or an explanation, they quickly changed their words and said how you have to buy them often and replace it. Terrible service and products, never going to buy again.
Its a good store for perfumes, natural ingredients and herb products for beauty. Their main products are alcohal free perfumes which are rarely available in markets. Overall its a good store for beauty products.
