Realme Service Center Karachi

My realme set 7i Model Number RMX2103, has signal issue. I talked service centre of karachi, they replied that we do not change signal IC, we change board with new one. The price of board is Rs. 30000. That is too enough. Service center should have complete parts and they should change particular part which diagnose faulty instead of whole board change. It is amazing to know that Karachi is a big city, they should have technical expertise in unique. It shows that they have not any expertise and the service center of karachi has not expertise about change of particular part. It means customer satisfaction of the service center in nil

Very good service and very much professional staff. They understands the situation of customer and provide them the better service.

My phone were broken and due to the new shipment arrived after long wait, they were suffering the lots of repair request and my phone's repair queue expected to take 4 to 5 days but Mr. Danish considered the criticality of my case and repaired the device within two days. I'm pretty much happy

1st of all please update the address takay log khuwari sy bachy.koi sharam hoti ha koi haya hoti ha realme walo. 2 bndo sy pora claim center chala rhy ho.call bh wo pick kren mobile bh wo rec karen or deliver bh What do they do or what do they eat? Think a little, they are humans.

10 days ago, after filing the penalty, the mobile was given because I did not get it or the phone was not there, it was logged in or there it would be possible to call.

Very bad service.don't buy realme.irresponsible service center Karachi.they never receive call.staff is so bad Mr. Danish take my mobile for service 10days over but they not return my mobile.
Totally rejected Karachi service center.

Very cooperative staff especially Faraz bhai fixed my phone in minutes without any charges

Don't pickup call, I have try more than 100 time they don't even bother themselves to pick the calls

Firstly mbl ek mnth mai he bnd hogaya. Motherboard ur gaya.mThey don't have any part of mobile. Ask to wait for months and don't bother to pick calls. Pathetic

Didnt look liked a service center no professionalism of the counter person went for the panel defect and they answered in ill mannered way and saying that it will take 20 to 25 days
If a person like me whose work is on cellphone only then what to do stay at home without doing any work
I would suggest people not to opt for this brand who cant provide services at their earliest whats the use than of having company service center when people in next market to the service center can do in few hours

Very nice service. I forgot my c21 y password i had to unlock it from realme service centre that service was outstanding. The staff solve my problem just in couple of minutes. Best for fixing software problems
