Amazing experience. Very helpful staff. Very well organised.
Especially the doctors are very polite and helpful especially dr obaid who went out of his way to facilitate the applicants.

First of all, I sent them simple email involving what I wanted and why? In return they just emailed me within a day asking about credentials and some basic data and after that within one more day I got an appointment on the very two next day, I had an appointment for UKTB and it went so well, I just got a certificate and everything was done within 3 hours….
Highly recommended but the fee was high as compared to others I don't know the reason may be because their services are customer-friendly.

They are probably the worst possible service provider among all visa related entities.

First, getting an appointment is a headache. Their call center is clearly short of staff. I called 10 times to get hold of a person. Once, I waited 30 minutes in the queue on phone and then their system dropped the call.

They say they upload the result of medical examination within 24 to 48 hours. Once I got the medical done and it was not uploaded for 6 days, I called their call center again to inquire about it. The agent started explaining the process to me about what happens after they upload the result and how the visa officer works on it. It took me 10 minutes to make him answer my question as to why my examination result has not been uploaded after 7 days.

The best part is that by 24 hours they mean 24 WORKING hours which is equal to 3 days. However, since they work 4.5 hours on Friday, therefore you practically get your result on the portal after 8-10 calendar days!

For a privately owned place, it is too slow I had to almost 4 hours to get my TB certificate

Worst place to get an appointment. Actually, I felt that I was paying to be insulted there was no management of my suggestion to IOM please make improvements.

Need alot improvement, the facility is in banglow with no proper waiting area for visitor's attendent.
No water, sitting or shadow arrangements
Even no parking on the street.

Clean and hygienic environment. Staff was good, waiting queue is long, so better be prepared to wait for 2 hours or more. Otherwise everything went smooth.

Good experience. Systematic and properly managed system with helpful staff to make this seemingly daunting experience easy for all. The whole procedure took around 4 hours which was already mentioned in their email. The waiting areas were well maintained. All in all thumbs up to the staff.

The worst service i ever received. The Doctor purposefully made the x-rays of my spouse look shady and said she had to come three consecutive days for sputum sample. Even though we had another x-rays done from Aga khan hospital which was perfectly fine. They delayed the x-rays reports for 3 months which cost us a lot of money and waste of time (visa application delayed for further 3 months.
There is no check & balance how staff treats clients. Terrible service.

Hi Your customer service is rubbish plus we already sent you few emails and we didn't receive any reply back from you guy's honestly that's really bad.

My parents used to go Karachi IOM couple of times over the year’s but this time on 14/02/2023, my parents said they have some new staff and overall staff are very kind and great service

Poor communication mechanism with No sitting arrangement for visitors neither parking. You have to stay out side and get your self looted or burn!

Worst place with worst service.
Entering the facility is nightmare. Security guard does not know how to read names.
He has been handed appointment list.
Being asked to get the appointment email print out for no reason.
Even though got the medical referral letter.
Online booking system doesnt work.
Appointment time does not matter as they work with queue ticketing system.

IOM should place competent staff to make the process smooth.

Pathetic center with appalling service quality topped with arrogance, apathy and behavior that would have got them sued, banned and heavily fined elsewhere in the world.
All their listed phone number are always and permanently off
Call their Islamabad H. O the landline and their so called operating hours are also non operational all the time.
Plus they have appointed a guard at gate who cannot read and takes ages just to read name and that too with help of people.
All authorities should take action against them and their license must be cancelled stat

Poor communication mechanism. Phone number is listed but no one bothers to pick up the call. A person has to travel all the way to their office even if he a simple query.

I have been trying to call on every number possible. Karachi- Islamabad- Lahore but no answer.even emails are not being answered. I don't understand how how can one make an appointment with these people given that their online appointment system doesnt also work.

Booking an appointment is such a hassle.
Online appointment system doesn't work.
Office timing is 8 am - 5 pm. Called around 9 am, kept waiting but didn't connect to a representative. Called back at 10 am but offices were closed!

Seems the only way to book is via email

- online appointment booking system doesn't work, phone is either on a recording or not answered, and queries are not answered on email. Making it virtually impossible to reach out.
- appointment timings don't seem to matter. The token system works on a first come first serve basis. And there is a fair amount of wait time - not enough staff allocated for the volume of people. Expect anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours.
- senseless rules on not being allowed to take anything inside.
- services on site are shabby. Unclean bathrooms, they have removed the tea station.
- robotic staff.

There is no information desk
Different criteria of service with respect to cities (Lahore/Islamabad are better than Karachi)
Comparatively Aziz Medical in Lahore and Islamabad are more informative and friendly
Service is not up to the mark keeping in view of their charges

They have no respect or value for the customer. They need to understand they are in a business which is time criticial. Getting the visa itself is easier than getting their appointments. They wont pick up the calls, wont respond to emails and the online system has no option of booking anything online.

They should let any other organisation that has any value for customers deal with these appointments and should stop wasting everyones time.

I was looking for a half-star, couldn't find that option.
