Pathetic service both online and outlet at North Nazimabad H block. First I ordered online but after passing one hour my order was not confirmed. Then I went to their shop at North Nazimabad H block. As usual all medicine of my prescription were not available and staff behavior so rude lazy and illmenered. Surely I am not gonna visit again.

Pathetic service, unprofessional, the untrained inexperienced staff they kept asking each other abt medicine, always short of basic medicines, I live near it and often visited but won't go there anymore coz every time it takes 30 to 40 minutes, to buy simple drugs

The staff is not well professional they didn't have knowledge about medicine they didn't resolve customer issue really disappointed

They changed my order without permission (instead of cancelling it) from Rs 503 with free delivery to Rs 560 with 200 delivery and one medicine missing. Fraud.

They need to improve on the cleanliness of the store (North Nazimabad Branch). As this is a premium drug store and clean and proper temperature controlled environment is what you are selling. If this is the case, theres no difference in an ordinary road side medical store and Dvago.

They give you a false impression of discounts on bank cards where as they are actually charging at least 10% more than the listed medicine prices. Even after 15% discount on a bank card, their Medicine is more expensive than the market. It's better to buy from other renowned stores like Imtiaz for authentic medicines at better discounts.

There call operators doesnt even what we are asking for. If they dont know they will just No we dont, I ask him do you know what is this medicine for he said i dont know.

Fraud of Dvago kamran chorangi they swipe my bank card twice for on purchase and now waisting my time to ask Suba Anna Sham Anna.

It's better to name it Dagago. It's cheating customers by not extending rightful discounts and not a law-abiding business entity. Also do check the stuff purchased before leaving the store because usually sales staff is found to play on quantities as a cheap modus operandi to make easy money. The only difference between it and other pharmacies is of air conditioned environment. Otherwise Dagago worst and far below in extending discounts.

Nice decor and merchandising, but staff is lacking professionalism & training. A medical device (Nebulizer), I checked at one branch they were totally unaware about how to use and how much is the warranty so they refuse to give any warranty to me. Then same day, I went to other branch, staff over there also had zero knowledge of handling the device, but surprisingly they gave me one year warranty for the same company, model and price. I could not see any concept of customer care among staff.

I have visited and saw all Kausar Medico staff wore labcod to show walking customer
that they are technicians but they were not even from any medical university. Violated pharmacy rules.

There is no where E-mail address to communicate with DVAGO regarding a medicine recognition issue. E-mail is the only written confirmed way to ask and verify about a medicine before order. Things should be crystal clear in written. Mafhoom-e-Hadees "Write down to avoid any confusion.
DVOGO is escaping and reduced its standards of services for its customers critical health issues. Hiding something means something wrong.

They are cheaters i recently purchased revital multi vit from Dvago at rupees 470 but the actual cost when i check was rupees 179 it means they cheated also the actual cost was cut with black hi lighter.be aware while purchasing from Dvago

Prices are very high as compared to any other good/big pharmacy and I never find all the medicines at any of their stores which are routine medicines and any good pharmacy other than dvago maintains those stocks

Their UP moor branch is often out of stock from certain medicines. I will not recommend going to their UP moor branch

I rated 3 star because they do not have a proper online system, if an item is out of stock they di accept the order and inform you the status on phone rather than mentioning on website
