Overall not a nice experience.
1) Over priced medicine
2) Late in Delivery
3) Manager's attitude issue
4) No proper billing
The manager was suppose to call me and give details of the total price as i buy medicine in bulk and the order was not small but even after several calls, no clear cost was shared.
Every other employee was sharing a different cost everytime i visit and enquired about the bill/cost and i was ensured discount will be provided but on the last day when i went to pick up the medicine, it was an entirely different story. I was short on time else i would have cancelled my order
Their manager, Mr. Ilyas was quite rude when i asked why the price is higher than market even after so called discount and no clear response was provided.
Few of the medicines werent included in the bill but i was charged and when asked there was no response.
Will recommend to boycott this brand as they are selling over priced medicine, poor customer support and improper billing and are just looting money from people.
Never using and recommending it to anyone.
