Taste is awesome but everytime we visit they don't accept card payment they always say there is an issue in machine

Taste and ambiance was good but i still wont recommend bcx today on the day of ashura they have pretty less crowd literally a few of customers and still they forgot to serve us waffle and the behavior though, they sent irrelevant staff with waffle after more than half an hour of reminding them. Would like to praise north branch as i usually go at that branch and never faced that pathetic behavior there

Creamello has improved a lot. One of the best ice cream and dessert parlors in town. Huge variety of menu. Ordered cold plates Bon Bon (roasted almonds with chocolate fudge) and Lotus (french vanilla with lotus). Both of them were top notch. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

A variety of Italian Flavors added new mouth-watering flavors. The Creamy Italian Texture Backed Again.

Not very tasty or out of this world experience. Just okay.like regular ice cream. Absolutely nothing special about it.

Right now, Outdoor dining is possible here. I visited last Friday and there was no waiting. We were around 12 friends. There speciality are ice-cream although they offer different drinks too. We ordered a variety of different things including Oreo ice-cream cone, Ferrero Rocher ice cream, all tasted delicious. Their cold plate ice creams are also amazing and delicious. Also a very good place to visit with kids and family. Peaceful environment and good service.

Omfg! Anyone that eats here and writes a good review is either fake or paid for because I’ve never tasted anything more disgusting than whats on there menu! I ordered like 4/5 items, extremely disappointed in all of them. Whatever they are using to make the Ice cream is definitely not milk! And the chocolate flavor definitely doesn’t taste like chocolate. Yikes! Please don’t order from this place.

We ordered ice lava and icecream scoop at creamello, the taste was delicious and price was reasonable.plus the ambiance of outdoor sitting is also good.

Comfortable sitting area, indoor and outdoor. Plethora of tastes of icecream although expensive. Quality of ice cream good but probably due to voltage fluctuation ice flakes found in between cream which was annoying considering its rates. Otherwise good experience.

The pina colada was amazing with the flaky yet creamy texture of the coconut ice cream complimenting the pineapple perfectly. Everything chocolate tasted the same though and the difference in chocolate variants needs to be more prominent.

It has excellent service, with wonderful taste. Environment is friendly and good for family. Finding parking is difficult here as always in Karachi. The ice cream has wonderful taste and is presented in wonderful utensils. There are variety of high quality tastes and waffles available.

Nice taste, proper sitting area indoor as well as outdoor. Small play area for kids on first floor. Its usually easy to find parking. Well priced.

Ice creams have great flavors but too thick means heavy and heavy means difficult to enjoy for long. Their shakes are great, falooda too. Ice creams are good except I didn't like the Italiano ones. (only subjective opinion)

Icecream flavors always good but this time I missed the professional touch of service. All freezers were empty and looks like a low end shop tonite.don't know what went wrong here.

Ice cream is great but in dine out there are bagger's who keep bothering you, 2 star less because of that

So much hype, but truth is you cannot get 500 rs established ice cream taste in 200 rs ice cream.
Attenders dont even know what to suggest as their best offer.

No security & privacy for family, road beggars coming in to premises for selling things, staff doesn't care & you have to mess up with Afghani standing at the gate. Very bad experience. We pay for food and environment both. Management cutting staff at the cost of their reputation.
