Yesterday ma grocery laine k liye CARREFOUR CLIFTON gaya tha waha per Expir products sale ho rahe ha COLD DRINK EXPIR thi waha per mere chotay bhai ne zid ki k mujhe COLD DRINK chahea ALLAH ka shukar ha meri hamesha se adat ha Expir check karta hun bachat hugaye Allhumdulillah

Uneducated staff rakah hua ha Carrefour management ne bat thak karne ki tameez nahi ha jahil loag rakeh howe ha Mr. Waseem Duty Floor Manager and Mr. Imran mujhe CAKE ki rishwat de ja rahe thay or logo ki zindagi se khela ja raha hai.

I lodged the complain to both of you dolmen mal and carrefour mall nobody contact me iam the old customer of carrefour more than decade form dubai
I lodged complain against security guard of dolmen mall which is in carrefour surrounding misbehave with my wife on 28 august 2022 srill no reply feom your side shame for the carrefour ita the intertnational brand
But no.service and caring in pakistan

Bought various items yesterday from Carrefour Dolmen Clifton including BLUEBAND MARGARINE. Rates substantially increased. On the product rate mentioned was RS. 500 but they charged RS 550. Fully understand new price for this product is RS. 600 but they have in their stock product they purchased at previous rate. A brand like Carrefour should not sell old product at new rates. I bought 2 but returned one under protest. They should have at least deleted RS. 500 marked on the box or they should have sold previous stock under PROMOTION at previous rate.

Me and my husband made some purchases from your Dolman Mall Clifton store on February 20,2022. On same day we returned two items as these seemed expensive compared to the market. In short, Rs. 5098/- is to be refunded (. As per customer service staff amount couldn't be handed over as cash and will be reversed on Bank. However despite lapse of 2 weeks amount not reversed as yet which is very unfortunate.

Worst dryfruit, after spending huge money there quality is very poor.unfresh and old.only packaging looks nice.dont buy dryfruit from them

A must visit place in Karachi situated in the heart of clifton alongside the beach. Beautiful Mall with lots of eateries and various brands. Freat place. Carrefour in the Mall provides all the essentials of groceries and is an international chain of grocery stores.

Good place. You will find food, grocery, mall.shopping, clothing, perfumes, bakery, ATM etc. Under one roof.

Everything you need is available for Daily usage.
Very calm n soothing environment.
All SOP'S guidelines as per WHO and Govt of Pakistan, implemented strictly.
Keep it up

Personally I don't like to visit Carrefour because of religious conflicts. This company belongs to France therefore under protest I boycott it

Still a decent mall, clean and non stinky, with much less professional staring champions (without sounding classist or bun kabab). A good alternative to headache medication for the women we hold dear, with something for everyone to admire, at the least.

Please do pay the helping staff a decent tip whenever you visit the mall, you know you can afford to, it will make YOU feel good, and make someone's day a tiny tad bit better.

Carrefour is located in Dolmen mall clifton karachi previously it was hipher star but now they changed their name to Carrefour.
Carrefour is very famous for grocery goods.
You can find all the grocery product here like meat. Vegitables. Fruits.and many other product like frozen food as well.
Fish chairs tables school baby product you also find here.

Atleast update the timings, whether open or closed on your site, I just paid 700 rupees for nothing on transport, your contact numbers dont work and on the website it said it's open on a Friday, but when i reached there everything was closed. Highly disappointed with Carrefour. It's time you guys should have a customer service department running 24x7. And please don't say it was a lockdown, I knew of that but when your website says open its expected to be open for public.

Not much stuffed with necessary grocery items. Discounts are also very rare now a days at Carrefour. Just Ok.

Ordered home groceries/ toiletries 4 days ago.
Got an email reply saying delivery will be made the next day.
Still waiting after 3 days for even a reply if they are going to deliver or not. Been calling their helpline 0800-49737 daily but never gets connected to the hypermart extension. I agree with earlier review that this is a typical behaviour of a Pakistan business establishment not expected of Al-Futtaim group. But then when international groups come to Pakistan, their business behavior changes accordingly.

Hope someone is reading these reviews.

Giving one only because order was placed successfully on their useless app I installed.

It was good when it was hyperstar. I've faced multiple time issue of non availability of stuff ever since carrefour started but never happened when it was hyperstar.

There is no doubt that the prices at Carrefour are always low from other competitors but not on everything so do check your own prepared price list to avoid buying overpriced items from there.

Before buying ANY Electronics & Digital items, check its performance, discuss EVERYTHING including Warranty, Replacement, Customer Service & Refund policy, or you may end up with a lot of problems like me: (

Huge mall, easy to walk around.
Footwear brands are only few. Local brands should be attracted.

So far, the best available Place for shopping.just enter and you sense the aroma, fragrance of high rated perfumes mixed with delicious Coffee smell. It's a pleasure and luxury to spend few hours in Mall. From latest arrivals of Branded Garments, to shops grocery, watches, books. Leather items jewelry any thing you wish for is there.
In case you are loaded with purchased bags loaded in Trolley No Issue, helper will carry it to your car wherever its parked inside or outside
I love shopping in Dolmen Mall and carrefour
