A traditional place where urdu conference, literature festival help every year all the season

I went to Fourteenth International Urdu Conference. Which is held in Art Concil of Pakistan Karachi (Saddar). Well known writers on Urdu literature are there. Who not only informed the people about their book but also explained some things from these books to the people. Eminent personalities, writers, philosophers and analysts attended the conference. Anwar Maqsood was the chief guest and Ahmad Ali Shah was the critic of the event. Every effort was made to bring this conference to this level by Ahmad Ali Shah who drew all his attention towards it and brought all the people together in one place for the love of Urdu language.
After the comments and debates, there was a rally which was well received by the people.
The concert was held in the auditorium with a cultural dance.
In the end, there was a Qawwali there in which people enjoy it very much. The youngsters not only murmured along with the qawwal but all of them also made a fuss and enhanced the beauty of the party.
I hope that next year's 15th World Urdu Conference will be better and more interesting than this year's 14th Urdu Conference and that people will attend next year's conference like this year and show the world their civilization. And will introduce culture.

I), Executive Director Mr. Nadeem Zafar Siddiqi, Governing Body member Mr. Shakeel Khan and Coordinator Mr. Armaan, who all are institutions in their selves.
Much appreciated their efforts within limited resources and with greater impact and outreach.

The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi is a council for the promotion of arts and culture in Pakistan, and one of the busiest in terms of organizing events. It is the country's oldest NGO (non-government organization) for the promotion and development of arts and crafts in Pakistan.
In 1948, a group of art enthusiasts gathered and formed themselves into a society under the name of Karachi Fine Arts Society. It was first of its kind to promote and encourage arts and culture in Pakistan. It held exhibitions and promoted activities relating to theatre.

The funds of the society were contributed personally by the members themselves. They had no permanent building of their own. Their meetings were therefore held at the residences of the office bearers. Art exhibitions were held in rented space in private houses. Six years later in 1954, the Karachi Fine Arts Society was reorganized into a body called the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi. This organization was registered with the registrar of societies, Karachi, under Act XX1 of 1860. (The Registration Certificate was issued on 10 May 1955). After its formation, the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi stepped up activities in the field of arts and culture. It also has sponsored production of plays and musical programs - for example, it recently held a Musical Tribute Event in 2017 in honor of the late Bade Fateh Ali Khan (Pakistan's famous classical music singer) in its auditorium.

Good place of Music and art academy and promotors, mostly cultural arts and music activities are happening there time to time.i personally enjoyed music conceets there!

A place where everything is shining, active and have numerous plans but mosque was closed due to pandemic. Strange?

Its nice place to see art, artists comes here.they organized talent hunt event in past years which was a healthy initiative for young generation to show their talent.many of them got opportunity to join media industry though that platform. I hope they arrange that kind of event again.otherwise our young generation will be wasting their time in making tiktok only. In this pandemic they arranged vaccination facility but only for the members.

It's a very area which provides multiples arts related services, film, stage, concert etc.etc.

Overall building are old construction some area are improve need more attention from the government. Washroom are pretending most the same as our washroom cleaning performance (like public washroom). Theater is amazing with stage performers

It's good for me to be able to enjoy and enjoy the great outdoors with my friends and family of art lovers artists represent their lives they are the most important part of the world culture and art is the present moment disruption in society where you are actually aware about the nature of the nation and the world of the art group of people who have been using the same thing as the last one that has been the most important thing to do with the world
