Wonderful place. Comfortable sofas in the reception, dustbins available, washroom that wasn't locked

There is new management and ownership since 5-6 months now. They have invested a lot in infrastructure and patient care. Seems like this will be the go-to hospital for DHA going forward

Extremely unhygienic conditions, no attendant or nurse in urgent care, doctor on duty was busy on her phone, rude attitude of reception staff, extremely dirty conditions, how did it even qualify to be a hospital, I thought I was in some remote part of rural Pakistan. I wish I could give it ZERO stars, Healthcare commission needs to look into this place. It's not a place for humans.

Good care here. Professionally run, modern. People do not realize it's not a trauma centre or hospital where patients are admitted overnight, so serious accidents cannot be treated here.

Just making fool and rates are damn high for everything plus no trained staff or doctors available.

Normally, I would never review such an institution as not only do they scare me, I hardly ever visit one. The reason I am reviewing this place though is the fact that the staff here is possibly one of the most friendly and understanding staff by a mile. The hygiene and the maintenance of the place is spotless and the facilities are, albeit limited to emergency, well equipped and prepped to deal with most of the cases which enter through their doors. Should you find yourself sick or unwell, these folks will ensure you are treated right away for a very miser amount. Overall, truly an asset to the community.

Great medical service in an area previously devoid of it. It has emergency, consultant clinics, ER, XRay, Karachi laboratory, and pharmacy among other services. It's expanding every year.

Not friendly. They want money first even if the patient is about to die. Some months before a lady had an accident and it was her last minutes but the hospital demanded money first and eventually she lost her life. Pathetic

Lanat on all of you for what you did with that patient who was dying. You demanded money first? May you rot in hell

This hospital should have provided at least a first aid to that injured lady & then think for looting money. Inhuman practice by Hospital & their management. These places should be banned to use Hospital & similar word, these are money making institutes.

A lady had an accident on sea view road and was bleeding profusely and had just twenty minutes of life left. And guess what this hospital's staff demanded cash advance before they could provide her with first line treatment. Critical time was lost and was one of the factors in that lady's death.

Why would any hospital refuse medical care to any patient who is fighting for their lives. Just against basic humanity

Average hospital, costly, accept only cash in advance for everything, no specialist available.
