Self experienced few days ago that they started their 1st floor as well in Al-Hassan Nazimabad branch. Environment was totally AC chilled. Prices shall be needed to reduced for the ice-creams.

I have visited this place many times but last staff behavior was very bad. I was with family and searching for few seats, the lazy staff didn't bother to arrange seats or guide us even asking them, but I managed to merged to tables with chairs then we sit, suddenly guard comes and ask us to standup and he unmerged tables and misbehave and saying merging tables not allowed and other staff didn't said anything to the guard. That was embarrassing with my family. Then the ice cream server was busy in chit chat and did not listen me properly and gave me wrong order and was not changing so I had to scold them then he left that place and other worker provided me correct order.
There's Very Good environment & Tested Also Yummy you Should Visit there with your Family
Alpine parlor was proper and
management was well but some flavour of icecream were not there which we like
pleaz care for more flavour for our next visit
