Contacted them through their Whatsapp number, the medicines I needed were not available at any other store but Kausar Medico offered alternatives with the same formula and delivered them to my place within an hour. Receipt was also given. Recommended.
I have always find everything here. Which is not available in any other medicine stores in Karachi.

Al kausar medicos are main dealer of foreign medicine importers. Over all staff is good but the owner is very arrogant and misbehaving person.
He doesn't have etiquettes to speak with clients.
It is my prediction that such ill-mannered business man can not last long due to their misbehaving attitudes.
I bought Prograf 1 mg tablet from them at reasonable rates obviously a bit higher rate than Kasuar Medico, but as the medicine is for liver transplant patients, which is only available on major pharmacy stores and at Time Medicos they were selling for really unauthentic price like 1k+ above the price. May Allah (s.w. T) guide them!

Every medicine they can arrange on booking. Great service, educated staff. They are most old pharmacy in Karachi. Buying medicines from them. Reasonable price.
Ye sirf real kausar medical k customer kaatne k chakar mai bethe hain or phone pe miscommitment kr k medicine lene k lye bula lte hain jb k item available nai hta. The guy on the phone said k apko jitne ki kausar wala medicone de raha hai mjhse us se kum mai le lo. When i went there to mjhe adha ghanta khuar b kraya or medicine b available nai thi.
Doesn’t deliver your medicines and keep making lame excuses and lying. At the end you have to pick up from their shop. Worst ever experience. Not recommended at all.
