Al-Jadeed Supermarket reviews
56 They are selling expired products especially the bombay bakers cake. I registered complaint yesterday against that cake but still there is no response from complaint dpt.its not about some rupees they are playing with health of public
The kid who tasted that expired cake is still in hospital
Looks like they are closing this mart, very limited workers on stalls, many grocery items are not available and some are experied.
Need to update timings. It says, opens 8 AM but actually it's 9 AM. Many customers facing inconvenience due to this error.
First and worst experience. Charging surchage on using VISA card like any small retail shop. Surprised. Never want to go again.
One of the worst supermarkets I have ever seen with zero % supervision.
They have uneducated staff, almost all of them are rude, talking to loud with each other, using slang language, discussing their personal issues, the staff specially the cashier was rude, throwing things while scanning not listening to what I am asking, the cashier was also busy in his own discussion with the helper,
Keep in mind that the I am not adding the review after a single visit, I had couple of visits and this is the conclusion.
In terms of price, there is not much difference I recommend Imtiaz or Bin hashim, atleast I found helpful staff, variations in their items and price is almost the same or lower.
Standard has been degraded. One day staff were found quarreling with eachother using bad language in front of families. They also charged sub standard cosmetics on higher prices. On the very next day after long argument they replaced the cosmetics but didnt return it. Very disappointing attitude by the management.
There seem to be no express checkout counters. Upstairs counter was closed so had to stay in line for 3 items. Then had to wait another 20 minutes because our product didn't have a barcode. Never visiting it again.
No proper counter for single item customer the counter holder was very lazy to facilatae in hurry.
Super Store is small, not enough space to keep stock, some items lying out of shelf. #2 Lot of beggars in parking area very irritating behavior.
Expensive, Also their Staff is not so corporative as one of them even wants to charge for Wrapping Gift even I buyed Gift papers from them already, He actually Tried By bargaining from PKR 200 to PkR 50 and after i started shouted on him, he go away and left my box unwrapped.also I bought A kids motorcycle from there which was too expensive but I was in a hurry and when i went home and use it for the only 3 days and now its not working and they are not taking responsibility for it although that bike is actually worth 16/17k in market (which i had no idea) but I bought it from there in 23000/-
All items except food looks like LUNDA with the price tags as they are Imported, (although Lunda is also imported)
They sold me a broken bicycle and when i tried to return it, i had to force them to take it back and return my money back.
Most things available. But Quality to value ratio not good for those who can tell the difference. Plus congested. Staff is always refilling something or another even in rush hour
It offers the basic home items of daily use and don't have a vast variety, I wS visited to get some gift item and was disappointed to see the quality and variety moreover the counter was empty and I was suggested to the ground floor and here the machine was out of paper roll and I waited for few minutes until this problem resolved but overall it's bit satisfactory with basic items and not for people like me who expect more variety and new shopping experience
Big super store.you can buy all necessary items like groceries. Crockery. Cosmetics etc at reasonable price. Frozen items are also available. They took more time in billing.
Good place to visit for grocery shopping, their toy section is a great fascination for kids, clothing and makeup items also available, instead of a temperature controlled pharmacy they have a small pharmacy where all types of medicine not available and eventhough they're not offering good discounts
The experience was okay. They don't have most of the common available items although they call it Al Jadeed which means latest but there is nothing latest in it. Every item is ordinary and most of the good variety is not available. We went to the kids section also and there were ordinary things
Al- Jadeed super market is a good moraket to grocery, medicine and bakery products it has no large area but it has enough quality items
I will advise to check your bill of purchasing after payment on the counter, it has been 02 time when i have found item which I didn't purchased neither was in my shopper. The item will be below 100 rupees and mostly you will ignore it and do not complain it because the fuel cost will be more to reach the store so you will ignore it.
It is a supermarket like imtiaz supermarket but not as good as imtiaz. But still you can buy almost everything a supermarket has.
