Just landed Kqrachi airport with air blue. They gave beautiful tiny box for iftar during flight from Islamabad to Karachi. Smooth tickets and good staff.

Pathetic airline we travelled form Jeddah to Karachi, you left one of our suitecase in Jeddah now it is more than three day nobody is responding

Staff are cooperative but not facilities are available help customers, booked when reached to pay flights were cancelled by air blue and i am unable to rebook again therefore you should provide a desktop available there.

یہ جتنے بھی فائیو اسٹار ہیں یہ سب جعلی ہیں ان سٹاف عورتوں نے خود کمنٹس کیے ہیں حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اگر آپ آن لائن بکنگ کی پیمنٹ کرنے جائے تو یہ جھوٹ بولتی ہے کہ وہ کینسل ہو گئی ہے جبکہ ہیلپ لائن والے کہتے ہیں کہ آپ پیمنٹ کریں بکنگ ویلڈ ہے ۔یہ صرف اپنے کمیشن کے چکر میں ایئر بلیو کو بد نام کر رہے ہیں کیوں کہ سب جانتے ہیں کہ آن لائن بکنگ سستی ہوتی ہے جب کہ آفس والے دو سے تین ہزار کا چونا لگاتے ہیں ایئر بلیو کی ٹیم سے گزارش ہے کہ آپ ڈمی تجربہ کر سکتے ہیں

Visited for cash reimbursement for the cancelled air line ticket. The staff was cooperative, at the visit time reception counters were empty, so took 5 minutes to process the request. Receptionjst lady Mehreen Inderyas was much cooperative, well dressed and smiling face.

All these five stars are fake, these staff ladies have commented themselves, the fact is that if you go to pay for the booking online, it lies that it has been cancelled, while the helpline people say that you Pay booking is veld. They are only giving bad name to air blue in their commission circle because everyone knows that online booking is cheaper while the office people are charging two to three thousand from air blue team. Please you can do a dummy experiment

The services offered by Ms. Madiha iqbal and other crews at city centre office in karachi was remarkable! Good services, behaviour is fantastic! Very corporative! Thankyou airblue

وطن عزیز میں اگرچہ چند ہی ہوائی سفر کی کمپنیاں ہیں مگر مسابقت کی دوڑ میں مسافر عمومی طور پر فائدے میں رہتے ہیں جیسا کہ ائیر بلیو نے حال ہی میں اپنے معزز مسافروں کے لئے بغیر سامان والے ٹکٹ پر تحفتا 15 کلو وزن کی اجازت دی ہے جس سے نہ صرف مسافر خواتین و حضرات کم قیمت میں زیادہ سامان لے جاسکتے ہیں بلکہ کمپنی بھی اچھا کاروبار کررہی ہے۔
امید ہے کہ دوسری ہوائی سفر کی کمپنیاں بھی ائیر بلو کی پیروی کرینگی۔
Air Blue, Pakistan's one of the oldest private sector airline, which provides best services to passengers.
This airline is known for good customer and passenger service. Recently they have announced complimentary 15 kg to without baggage ticket. I hope other airlines follow Airblue policy and passengers will get benifit too.

Had a good experience to visit the ticketing office. Staff was supportive and guided me for availing promotional ticket. COVID protocols were being followed and entry without mask was not allowed. Visitor parking is not available. People use to park the cars in front off office at road but the guard told me that police lifter will pick the car. Hence the parking remains an issue for visitors

No Swipe card facility they need cash payment. I had to find an ATM for cash, which can be risky if someone purchases more than one ticket he needs to carry huge cash and has to face robbery.

Phone answering time is too long, had to personally go to Khi Airport counter of Airblue, at 1: 30am, staff was very helpful

Staff.including senior staff has no authority, they are working like cows.
Will never make an online credit card reservation.

Location is quite OK, as located in the centre of Karachi near Saddar
Parking of car is nightmare, as there's no place to park your car around or nearby the Air Blue office. Air Blue management should must consider this serious issue and provide some solution or provide some car valet service offer to the customers.
Staff is friendly and supportive however their is some lacking of professionalism, management should take steps for their trainings as well
Another issue is, they don't have credit card sweeping machine at their corporate office, amazing and pathetic, how an airline can expect their customers always carry cash (absolutely nonsense)
Management should take serious action against above, if they want to grow their business

The place is located right on main road. Due to it's location, there's no convenient parking space. The closest space to park car / bike is at PIA reservation office across rhe street.
Staff was polite and entertained requests in a professional manner.

I Booked a ticket for my Brother using credit card sent SMS which were got from AirBlue they asked my brother to verify credit card I was in office I left office for their verification purpose when I reached office were closed 1 minute before there were 3 persons in office they had no sense to talk I was shouting bhai verification karwanay aya hon card ki dash dash but they replied office is closed

The staff was helpful. Got tickets booked for Islamabad. Wearing masks and place was clean. Visited in October 2020

Bad airline, overcrowded plane not following sops, charged my card when purchasing tickets online but did not book tickets. Paid again in cash at the office and asked for it to be refunded which still hasnt been processed it's been over a month.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The staff was very unfriendly and was reluctant to assist on any info. It felt more like government institutions.
