Aga Khan University Hospital Medical Centre Malir Karachi reviews
12 This establishment encompasses both a state-of-the-art laboratory testing facility and consulting clinics. In my personal experience, the doctors here are highly skilled. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, they provide excellent amenities, although the pricing tends to be on the higher side. During my visit, they were offering discounts for the elderly.
Expect this place to be quite bustling, primarily due to the clinics. When planning a visit, consider the following:
- Adequate parking space is lacking, so one might need to find parking on the service road or the main road (although parking on the main road is not officially allowed by traffic police, some people still do so). This could be a challenge for cars.
- For a less crowded experience, it's advisable to visit in the afternoon on weekdays, although weekends tend to be busier.
They also have a well-stocked pharmacy on-site, and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. If you're visiting for clinics, it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm if the doctor is available on the day of your visit.
We recently visited Dr. Sarah Kausar (Nerophysican) for a normal routine checkup of our 10 years old son in Agha Khan Lab. Kalaboard, Malir, Karachi.
Very rude talking, unprofessional doctor we have ever seen.
Waering a chapal, dirtry cloths which is unacceptable.
A doctor shld be presentable specially a neuro physician.
Aman
A good laboratory in malir near kalaboard
Almost offers all the tests
Staff and phlebotomist are very professional.
Pharmacy guys and girls are always busy in gossips. Second time I visited, they forgot some medicine from prescription. Look busy do nothing.
THIS PLACE IS A MESS!
No respect for patients. I had couple of appointments for my mother with two different specialists in last two days. Both the doctors arrived at clinic after 90 mins of appointment time and we had a long queue of patients waiting for the doctor ahead of us. My mother who is 65+ years old has to sit and wait for her turn for approx 3 hrs.
No apologies, no excuse, they act as if they are giving favors to the patients. Atleast show some respect towards your patients and their time.
Very good laboratory for pathology tests and now general and good doctors for OPD are also available with good pharmacy
Clinic is good but staff specially at reception are very rude. They are thinking they are the boss. Misbehaved many times and don't bother to listen the query, feel happy to see if patient go for Dow or any other lab for test. Irresponsibility.
Poor service by Doctor in this clinic, my wife has got pain in throat and the Doctor told my wife that She is unable to see the throat due to pandemic and I've paid Rs. 600.
Poor services. Staff is extremely rude. Two women on work are extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. They make you feel as you are taking charity services.
They did not even bother to make a small page on there main website for this branch.
Or even just a simple fb page to give some basic information about there branch. Because they keep changing there doctors, timings, programs.
It can help them as well that people won't disturb them by calling.
Very Poor service by receptionist. They can not attend the phone if they do they cut it off. Shame.
Nice lab for diagnostics and authentic medical reports. There are clinics for general physicians it's an economical option to get the good doctors. There's a pharmacy as well so you can get one stop solution. Recommended.
