This hospital is amazing. I enjoyed my stay there. They are warm and friendly. Dr. M. Ashraf is so welcoming. He took me through the operation process. Hmmm
Dr. Razia Ashraf Zia has this calm motherly professional feel when she talks to you. She is so confident and dedicated at her job. I felt so relax whenever I hear her voice. The nurses are so professional and polite. I got value for my money. May God bless you and your medical team

Hospital treatment is available but after viral throat infection, liver and urine or irrelevant tests have to be done. Apart from this, the responsibility of treatment should not be shifted to the patient if he himself has to go to the hospital for treatment.

Very Bad experience at zia hospital and Maternity complex lahore. Here I have been performed duty as a staff nurse almost a year. They behaved badly towards faculty members. They hold my salery After alot of requests they did not show any response not admin, director even CEO. The last duty I have been performed was 18 hours. The CEO of ZIA hospital and Maternity complex lahore appreciated me by giving the letter of appreciation and cash prize. I addressed through a proper channel like phone calls, visit to your hospital and application but I didn't receive any positive response from your institute

I found this hospital after reviewing the education and achievement of Prof Zia. Then get to know about his wife Razia and Son Hamza.

Then did some research on their service. I get satisfied with all of the stuff and services.

After the labour, when my wife got in the room, the nurse, doctor and admin kept visiting in rotation to see the patient and health status. Which makes me very satisfied with my decision.

Admin visit once a day.
Dr Razia visits once a day
On duty doc visit twice a day
Nurses visit 2 hourly
Nurses visit on request

The AC in the room does not cool well, so having it or not does not matter.

The fridge in the room is working well.

Based on the medical facility I am satisfied.

Expenses are economical

Honestly very much disappointed with this hospital! Most poor and over charged hospital in the town!
imagen they charged 5000 in emergency services! Useless tests are performed plus only for bed charges are 1000 in emergency!
At end they don't even diagnose what happen and what to do just advise to visit again if any issue face!
i remember last year also i was charged 2000 in emergency just to remove a pearl from my child ear!
all staff and doctors are CHOR! Unprofessional unhuman as well above that MOST USELESS EXPENSEIVE

I really feel ashamed that one of good hospital in town charged parking fee. When i ask who Authorize you to take Parking fee, they Told Mr. Zia nay thaikay per dia hai.

My wife went on 27th May 2023, i am highly disappointed with the Doctor's attitude. Dr Razia Zia. They didnt even told anything about ultrasound results nor showed to my wife on monitor. Just wrote prescription and charged. She had vomiting issues from last week. She explained to her but didnt get a valid response. At this stage A Doctor should give her patience a proper response to keep her calm and mentally satisfied.

Honestly, the best hospital in this area. Competitive Doctors. Economical Rates in such inflation driven times. Super Impressed! Highly Recommended to all

Need to council your staff little more regarding how to handle the patient according to there's type and also time management is needs to enhance between your staff & Doctors to timely facilitate the patient's

Hospital walon ko bas paisy kamany k pata hai.admit hony se phly aik visit kr k hospital k private rooms ke halat dekh len. Har paida hony waly bachy ko delivery complicated keh ker kuch der k liye oxygen lgaty hain aor nursery k charges lety hain. Sirf gynae ke consultant fees km hai jo k baad main delivery k waqt tarhan tarhan ke medicine aor charges ly kr kama lety hain.

Dr ashraf zia & dr razia ashraf both are very good persons. Caring and helpfull regarding patient comfort.

The services of zia hospital is excellent and the behavior of Doctors and staff nurses are very well and polite.

They didnt gave us appointment on call.said come at 6 pm.your turn of check up will come shortly.we reached.the receptionist said Dr zia is coming from out of city.cant say when would he reach.the receptionist behavior was soooo rude and ignorant.highly disappointed.highly.
