The Nishat Hotel

Good experience. Waiters Ishfaq Habib and Waqar Ahmed served very well. Gold service and environment.

The food quality and supply was awesome.during the programe Mr. Tahir Abbasi. Mr. Rab nawaz and his team was very efficient and hospitable.

I had experience of living at Johar town but was not very good experience living at hotel. The rooms are not that much levish as they claim for the rent. In other words they do not have value for money for their rooms but the charges are based only on their location. PKR 43000/night is not what they suppose to charge with their current management and room conditions. The gym condition was also inadequate. I booked this hotel because of their persona and hype of having Nishat Hotel by Nishat Emporium Mall. It is such an over rated hotel.

We really liked our stay here. It felt secure. The AC worked nicely through the night. Loved the experience. Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of choices. Our server Faisal Jaffar was our server and he took really good care of us. We will definitely visit again.

Had an eight night stay. Got food poisoning right away. It’s five star cost at budget hotel service. Great clean infrastructure but everyone seems to be time travelling from the 1920s. I checked out, took about half an hour to do so and the bell boy took part of my luggage to an unknown starship and I’m still waiting to find it again. I’m sure it’ll end well. Everything from that era did.

Although i was able to access only one room but with my exposure to that serenity all around appealed of "Nishat" highly!

No doubt that rooms and hotel is very good but I must highlight the poor room service of this hotel. You will have to call again and again for anything if needed. Also there is no facility of steam and suana bath in the health club. Cleanliness is also one of the element. The need to improve if want to compete with PC or awari

Went with family to celebrate a birthday, we ordered some of their pizza and beef my bad couldn't recall their names.i can say the quantity and somehow quality of some things doesn't justify the price they are asking for.

This is my first stay at Nishat, i found this hotel with beautiful interior, specially the metal art collections and color selections.

Beautifully designed building and digitally control of all door and electrical switches.

Restroom and bed room also found very comfortable and well interior designed.

Found staff very cooperative and humble.

Food was not bad, but found same menus in breakfast and lunch.

WiFi connection was good

Some pieces of advises.
1. Guest should be guided till room and functions to operate
2. Pressing/iron requests should be entertained timely
3. Hot water had some issue, not sure why but found yellowish, this should be checked, guests hv limited time so they might couldn't register their complain.
4. Lunch menus need to be review
5. Meeting and breakfast mixed tea so bad.

The Nishat mall and hotel are very beautiful and wonderful.

A very good place to stay for forgners as well as locals.today i am enjoying high tea in wich for a fixd price you can enjoy planty of dishes and drinks little bit expensive but owsum

This hotel is an art installation. You will either love it or hate it. I happen to love it. From the mysterious blue baloon dogs all over the hotel to it's fantastic paintings randomly placed all over to it's hilarious lighting system to the over pressurised muslim showers, this place yells look at me. The pool is completely indoors, food is ok by Lahore standards. Burger was great. Service over phone reception seemed understaffed and very slow as they don't attend always so they can improve that. The front desk only has one person so you have to wait a lot for things. I'd stay here again just for it's unapologetic uniqueness and fantastic art. The painting by the lobby elevator had me smiling. Loved that the breakfast manager came to each table to check with everyone before closing breakfast, that was really nice of him.
