The Nishat Hotel

Today we visited Cube which is located in Nishat gulburg. The environment was comfortable. The girl Waneeza served us in a decent way and helped us to choose the menu. The recommended dish Samukmaqli was very delicious and literally the tea was very fantastic. We'll definitely visit for that tea again.

I must say the service was excellent as I describe it in terms of service staff dealing from the door entry till exit. I stayed in PC Lahore as well and the atmosphere there was too robotic. I find the atmosphere here was very friendly. Even the bell boy was trained and suggested for available facilities. Unlike usual, he didn't ask for any tip)

It was an amazing experience staying in the luxury suites. Service is awesome and the best part is their breakfast buffet, it was an awesome blend of desi and English cosines with seasonal fruits. Oh yeah Charges are on the higher side but overall it was good.

Had wonderful experience specially their staff and particularly their reception in charge Mr Asad really corporate in every thing we need help.

A good three star hotel. Room rent is around 13000/-. Which is a bit little on expensive side. But location is good and accessible.

I usually don’t leave reviews but i really wanted this time because of the phenomenal service I have received from the nishat hotel. Absolutely outstanding hotel with great services. Especially the reception services! The manager Sabir Sb is very helpful and friendly. They all made sure my dealers and a comfortable stay. He has arranged Uber to drop my Guests. I would definetely highly recommend this hotel for stay to everyone!

They need to renovate old rooms and washrooms. Beds (furniture) is very mediocre even in renovated rooms. Breakfast is excellent.

The corridors ate silent and creepy. You don't see any staff anywhere like you do in other hotels.
In first glance the place looks really fancy.then you start to notice layer of dust on chandeliers and bulbs, low quality maters and rip offs of stuff from the internet

Hosted a corporate meeting last week at the Gulberg facility. The Board Room 2 on the first floor was totally unimpressive with a noisy wooden floor which didnt quite work out well with the hotel staff walking in and out. Secondly, many times during the meeting, despite the instructions to ensure that one responsible member of hitel staff must be available, was nowhere to be seen. Had to step out to find out, which was ridiculous. Thirdly, no percolated coffee available on the buffet table which again was irritating. When asked to serve black coffee for our CEO and a guest it took absolutely ages. Embarassing. One thing was goid, which was the food. Fresh and tasteful, except the fried fish which was soak8ng in oil. Hot gulab jamans were heavenly.
Nishat needs to spruce up.

Excellent location, close to everything in Lahore, also great rooms (I loved the lighting, very romantic for a couple), the breakfast was nice and the bed was so comfortable and enveloping it's like sleeping on a cloud.
The staff was also really welcoming and I want to thank and appreciate the parking valet staff for bringing my car back to me in the middle of the night, from the 3rd basement parking, after I realized I had left an important bag in the car. Highly appreciated.
The gym had brand new equipment and the pool water was warm and nice.

The reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because there are some important details that should be handled properly in a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel.
First, the window was covered in pigeon droppings, which is structural, due to the way the building was made. It's not the fault of the staff, they simply can't clean it. But that doesn't make a pleasant view.
Also, for me, a 5-star hotel should have a shower door that closes properly and doesn't remain ajar while you shower, a toilet seat that's not misaligned (not exactly broken, but on its way there) and definitely better toilet paper. The toiletries were really nice though, with Co-Natural organic products that smelled really good.

Restaurant in this quiet but expensive hotel is a nice place. Food is ok. They need to work a lot on their sauces. You are likely to get commercially made regularly available sauces with very expensive dishes in expensive crockery, which is a big disappointment. But overall experience is good. If you are looking for a serene place in the rush hours of a weekend late evening, and you are not particularly worried about the budget, go there.
