They take so long. And did take customers for granted. Plus staff is very unprofessional in terms of behavior and knowledge

Nit satisfied. I went for repairing of mobile. But my fault remain the same even in warranty. Not recommended

I was guided to this store by Samsung's help line, however getting there they mentioned that they couldn't help but there may be an office in Gulberg that could. Why couldn't the help line tell me that. Very disappointed

Service provided was not satisfactory. I have A31, its worth is not more than 30k or even lesser. Its warranty expired in may 2021. I visited the samsung service centre just now and the lady at counter herself diagnosed the fault as motherboard issue without consulting with the technician sitting inside. Later she quoted me expenses of 30k pkr for the mother board replacement and still they were not sure if its display panel is ok or not. And said It would cost more than 30k.

They overcharge for everything. After taking the set and telling the price they will all again and increase the price by saying that other defects have been detected

Highly untrained staff they do not know what they're doing and cannot handle simple queries. I went to fix my rear camera on fixing that my front camera got blurry. According to their "experts" I now needed to change my front camera aswell. Went back home and cleaned with a wet cloth and it was fine lol. What a joke.

Satisfied with the services. Professional counter staff. Terms and conditions needs a revisit, some clauses are totally non-customer centric.

We have 5 samsung cell phones in our house. Very good service. Weldon samsung. We are using since last more than 10 years. Never face any problem.

I took there my Samsung note 5 mobile that had a blank screen after it was fallen, first I was told that it will cost Rs. 28000 that had to be paid in advance, once I agreed, I was told that monile's main board is also faulty and it can't be repaired?

They are very supportive and willing to help you with your problem. They told about the water issue (which cannot be claimed in warantty) but they still made it claim able. Samsung cares.

Good parking area n they always provide genuine parts though they r little expensive I think
