Never Buy Samsung Mobile
As I bought Samsung A32-4G for my mother (60years old) last year in July-2021 and just after warranty expires my nephew accidently crack the screen. So I went to Samsung Customer Center (3rd Floor, Hassan Tower, Gulberg, Lahore) for replacing phone Screen on 17-08-2022. So they Charged Rs. 25,600/- from me by quoting these statement that we use only original / genuine products and never use any local /desi products
1. Rs. 21,600/- for Screen replacement
2. Rs. 4000/- for charging port
Somehow I managed money to replace both these things, by considering that Samsung will replace it with original parts. But i was wrong here because just after 17 days 05-09-2022 my mother was listening call and when My mother tried to disconnect the call the phone hangs and the display stops responding and a white line came on the screen
So, Today on 06-09-2022 I went Samsung Customer center at 3rd Floor, Hassan Tower, Lahore again by having a thought that Samsung representative with check it and might a simple issue. But I was wrong here again
Samsung Representative (a lady with a very poor customerservice) not even try to touches my phone by quoting that we only check if your phone is in warranty if the phone is out of warranty we won't check it
As your phone display is replaced out of warranty so we wont check it
Today I am feeling an idiot and fool preferring Samsung Cellphone over other phones
Other phones are least expensive even their parts are also less expensive than Samsung parts
So its a very pathetic experience with a very renowned brand "Samsung"
My experience was too good, my phone's screen was getting stucked, I visited and they resolved issue by replacing the whole screen panel costing almost Rs. 25K for free. Their behaviour was nice. I even saw customer care centres of Xiaomi, Nokia, HP and Dell (they mentioned it). It was good experience.
Non cooperative staff, very rude staff behaviour, prices of parts are very high, i got 4 A series samsung, my new mobile gone stuck plane mode and i went for repair its board is worth 40 thousand i bought mobile of 70 thousand and now how i spend 40 on mb.
Well mannered and sufficient staff available for guidance. High prices of maintenance force the customers to look for other options or to get repairs from open market.
The staff is rude and they don't even provide you with any way of actually checking if the bill that they are quoting is based on actual repair or not.
Their lift incharge is so rude and ill-mannered. You have to use stairs up to 3rd floor to reach there.
Such a humiliating behavior
They are offering such pathetic services to their customers. They kept my phone for 10 days without rectifying its problem.
Seems like it's a Scam going onn here! When you submit your device in service center they gives you a service order sheet as a proof of your device that you submitted to repair. On that Service Order Sheet nor any amount is mentioned when customer representative already told you how much cash you have to pay onn once you're device get repair
The lady there doesn't know how to talk to other. She was very rude and overall staff is rude and is not supportive
Excellent experience! My phone's vibration sensor was not working and I visit their service centre (M&P). Staff was very polite and cooperative and they changed the part which was in warranty in just 1 hour. Excellent service. 10/10
It was an excellent experience! The customer service was very hospitable and helpful. People with any Samsung gadget should at least go to this Service Centre once if the need arises.
M&P Samsung Service center is Pakistan's best service center, you not only repaired your samsung warranty phones but also can repaired your non warranty phones.
The time table is 10AM to 6PM.
Went there yesterday. Dealt with by a lady called Fizza. One of the most arrogant and rudest people you will ever meet. Unbelievable a company like Samsung would hire people like her. Stay away from this place.
This place's professional look and feel and the big Samsung logo is more than compensated by the employees rude behaviour. 3 stars for the fact that my mobile did get repaired properly. Will definitely look for alternatives.
Good facility to have in Lahore
else we have been robbed by local technicians easily.thank you Samsung
It's a mega Customer service center by M&P. This facility has multi brand customer service offices like Nokia, MI, Samsung and Apple.
Poor service, staff members are rude and don't know how to talk to customers. First they won't admit that your phone is demage secondly there is no system of queuing. Try not to visit it, they will loot you.
Had an issue with my S21 Ultra's screen which was in warranty. Got whole panel replaced without any questions asked.
