Pathetic services. No official invoices. Mechanics busy in gilling their own pockets by receiving money underhand.

Workshop for AC, Refrigerator, washig machine etc. Not suitable to visit for mobile devices.

They are charging more then the market. They should provide cheaper solutions then market rates.

Their charging is not justified, their parts are so costly than the market moreover maintenance team not cooperative with the customer.

It's ok. I got my phone fixed for the first time but the second time they were unable but I give them credit for being straight forward if they are unsure that they can fix they let u know in advance and no advance payments of any kind good customer service by Samsung.

Prompt response on landline phone and timely repair. Minus one star for poor WhatsApp response.

It was really poor. Samsung service center is not responding on my complain.even I have already paid 10500

No positive response. Simply denied with out checking the LED by saying that this is a copy of Samsung.

Very Excellent Customer Services with very friendly gesture. The dealing official, which was a lady, served me with tea while the Security Guard brought me water, being an old man, I was very inspired by their dealing. Good One.

Saeed is a good and capable person stationed there but the interior is pathetic. Dust and very shabby furniture dominate the scene. AI think it's a tarnishes the name of samsung.

Its been a month since the complaint was lodged but no one has come to provide the service

I broke my Samsung A32 panal. Samsung service center replaced it with a new panal and now my cell phone is working like a new one. And also their staff is friendly

I called for my top loading washing machine, the drum movement was noisy. A young lady took my call and helped me with very clear instructions. I followed the suggested steps and the matter was resolved. I discovered a built in mechanism in the machine which could balance the drum. This lady was amazing, she spoke in a calm and clear way. Thank you Samsung for the efficiency.

Very bad dealing. I visit today for my samsung phone repairing issue and without diagonise they are telling me the price which is 33000 for panel and 5000 for speaker and the new phone price is 51000. Samsung is a international company but sorry to say they appoint unprofessional staff. Lahore Zoo branch.

Wanted to order a washing machine part and an employee told me it will be sourced from khi and advance payment is needed, I said sure, he then sends me a whatsapp msg with a personal account in the name of some Rafay. Does Samsung not even have a company account? Surely you dont think people are dumb enough to transfer in personal accounts amount meant for a company such as Samsung? Ridiculous!

Samsung customer service is good but they don't send engineers outside city thats the problem

Customer support is not statisfied yet need some improvement. A well know company samsung didnot register IMEI from PTA and visit services center they said we sent an email but issue does't resolved.
