I had lunch at Dastar Khawn restaurant when I entered in restaurant Cynthia greet me very similey face and talk to me very professionally she's interduce regarding our restaurant menu properly she's assist me very well manners and very professionally attitude I m very satisfied to her hospitality and assisting.thank you so much Ms Cynthia we will meet again must when I m coming again Pakistan

Dear All I am enjoying Stay Since 2 Days.its all Good Staff specially Cynthia is amazing in Hospitality. Location is Cool For International Travellers as its very Close to Airport. ROOMS ARE NEW CONSTRUCTED & WELL furnished.
All is Great Best Value for the Money. Once again special Thanks to Cynthia who suggested to try Hi Tea atleast Once which we also enjoyed its superb.

Food is delicious services is also very nice location is the best and most convenient for me Air speed charter

There is no way I can understand how people can give such good reviews to this hotel.

The experience was really a nightmare. When we checked-in, we found the carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed, there was a musty smell in the washroom, and sticky tables and dirty dots on the sheets.

It would be great if I could share the videos I made with my mobile device.

We stayed for four days.

The second day we placed the sign for making my room, but when we arrived in our room again, I found the carpet still dirty. I called them politely asking them to check the carpet.

By they swear of God they come and tell me that Sir we don’t have any vacuum machine all 14 vacuums are out of order, we request several times to management but no action. I was shocked by their answer and told them that’s fine.

We was about to leave hotel I lost my phone charger was checking under the bed to be honest I was about to vomit that was too dirty there was shoe, some wrappers looks like no one clean under the bed ever.

After all, I am Pakistani too but it was really sad to see how our people are careless and lazy to do their job, and we were representing Pakistan in front of Saudis, who were staying in same our most luxurious hotel.

Ms sinthiya is very welcoming, Smiling, helpful, courteous, hospitable and very professional lady to another ladies in royal swiss hotel I m coming everytime only for service of Ms sinthiya she is a shinning star of the royal swiss team I m much satisfied for her hospitality

Overall it was Good. They can be better in service as their service is slow and they didn't serve some of the things i asked.

Very spacious rooms.
However there some maintenance needed in the rooms, do check the room before paying.

Also room service is slow

I'm John with TDAP group, basically from Kenya. This is first time here in this beautiful hotel Royal Swiss most important and best thing we observed in this hotel is specifically the "Security staff" they are super efficient and professional and helped us a lot every time we felt safe and secure their behaviour is very professional give us impressive image of Pakistan very friendly and always helpful for us during stay. Big thanks to the staff standing at the entrance and main gate. We would love to come back just because of their welcoming behaviours.

Nice hotel.room was very well cleaned.only breakfast was not so good as compared to hotel.staff was good.good hotel very close to airport.
