Reina Boutique Hotel - Murree

Everything was so mesmerizing but the staff should provide services on time like food and water. Improve cleanliness of rooms and especially of kitchen.
My husband and I enjoyed spending our time there it is the best hotel to go with your Love. Manager Akmal is very cooperative and humble person.

A place where the distant mountains look very beautiful, Quiet and peaceful environment, Attractive and unique to guests

Dirty room, no bolt in the side door, almost no ventilation as the windows were
out of order, damp in the room.

The staff is very cooperative. The Manager Akmal sb was very humble and facilitated us for everything. He was friendly, respectful and professional at the same time. We disturbed him many times even when he was resting but he would still be there to facilitate us incase we needed anything.
The food is also good there. Cleanliness is good but if they want to maintain the hotel rooms then they need to improve it more. The hotel is very well made and is at a very good location but cleaning can be improved.
We had one washroom problem as it was blocked but we were able to adjust as the apartment had other washrooms too.
Above is just my feedback to help hotel improve. Otherwise if one wants to go to a beautiful hotel with multiple rooms apartment and great services you must stay here. It is cost effective as well.

This establishment is disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to
trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following
reasons:
- The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains
on them
- Our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn't work
- I think the kitchen was not cleaned in last 2 years
-The toilet seat was broken
I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we
blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money.

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID!

I haven't stayed at this place but they have a nice environment but parking is not available.

It is very good for families and best for larg families! Posting the review in the middle of the stay because so far everything is very good here and the staff is very cooperative it is certainly one the best experiences

We booked for two nights stay 1st August and 2nd August 2022 Due to heavy landsliding we miss our booking because road was blocked.

. Dont have enough bedsheets and pillows and blankets. No one cleans your room and washroom.

Room was very good. But there was no window to enjoy the view. Had to move to another hotel.

No regular cleaning service. Dont turn on the generator during loadshedding. Dont have enough bedsheets and pillows and blankets. No one cleans your room except for picking up the garbage. The apartment is nice and spacious. Valley view is great. But the maintenance is below the line. Expected alot more seeing the Reina Boutiques in Islamabad.

Beautiful scenery to the mountain views only if you stay in two front bedrooms on top floor. Convinient walking distance through Jinnah road Cantt to Mall road and Kashmir point. Pindi point chair.lift with tourism regulated eateries and nick nacks nearby. That's about it, nature's beauty and temperature adds to the location. No room service, cleaning, towel changes or hot water etc. Lots of dirty street side shops on the roadside. Noisy and unclean area when too many tourist use the road. On our last day young men smoking shisha and talking loudly in lounge area. Rooms are not so private after all.

Hotel has some of the best views so make sure to book front facing rooms. They have balconies so you can enjoy your breakfast n coffee with amazing views. This hotel is newly refurbished. Its bit far from Mall road but if you have your own car then its not a problem.

This hotel is suitable for families.

The thing I liked most is that the staff is very professional and very helpful.

Manager Fahad Razzaq is gem of a guy and so is lower staff.
