Relatively new establishment. Good clean rooms.nice ambiance. Hope this standard is maintained.

My parents stayed at Ramada Lahore on multiple occasions when they recently visited Lahore and had a very pleasant stay each time. Staff was very accommodating, location of the facility is great and breakfast was great each day. During their last visit due to flight delay they had to extend their stay and the staff was super accommodating with extending their stay a couple of days and were always willing to help with anything. During the extended stay they tried the high tea buffet which they enjoyed a lot as well as they were able to indulge at the spa with nice relaxing massages. We would highly recommend this property to those who are traveling to Lahore airport or from there. This property provides free complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

I have bad experience by guards in parking, they misbehaved, ethically to deal with ladies v pathetic

Good services at restaurant

Everything in the hotel is well presented and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Check in was very smooth with Sultan. Talha was exceptionally amazing at room service & flexible with our timings. Laundry service was very good.

Negatives:
Rooms are NOT sound proof. Can hear elevator ringing noise every 2-3 minutes, can hear door bells of other rooms all the time. This naturally is happening throughout the day and the elevator noise really annoying at night when trying to sleep.

AC has a mind of its own. Have to specifically call the reception to have our Room AC turned on.

The toilet Flush would randomly stop working, had the engineering team come to our room 3 times during our 4 night stay to fix this.

All guests around the Hotel not following SOP’s or even being asked to wear masks by the staff. There was a huge group or 150 men during our stay who came for a conference and this caused a lot of crowd in the lobby area at all times and no body was wearing masks.

One of the best experiences this year! Absolutely took me by surprise as it was beyond my expectations. From the moment of checking in to the daily greetings to the warm service extended by all the staff, the place is a well operated hotel. Everything from the food selection to the rooms interior carries immaculate attention and worthy of being a 5 star hotel. All the staff were very hardworking and friendly but hats off to the night manager Mr. Hamza who was so courteous and professional that one can only wonder what talents the city has to offer as such hidden gems are far and few in between. I mention him especially as I had arrived earlier than my checkin time and it was still a few hours to go, he not only had the courtesy to make sure I am comfortably seated and well refreshed but also joined me and gave me company during those early hours of the morning, if felt as though I was catching up with a friend rather than a stranger.simply amazing talented youth we have in our country with noble and honorable culture, education and upbringing just left me feeling proud of our country and its future. From that moment till the checkout facilities, it was an amazing experience. The hotel has a bright future in the days ahead. Best wishes for all of you making it a success. A well designed and comfortable place to stay. Co-operative staff. The cleanliness has been on point. Really appreciate the extra efforts put in by Mr Zahid Butt to accommodate and make guests feel at home.

I have been here for a few days and it has been very great so far the service is good as well. I rated it 5/5 because the hotel deserves it and I would like to name a member of their staff that is very good at his job; Zahid Butt great guy.

Hi-tea experience was awesome. Their service and hospitality is very good. Taste and quality of food is good. This is my 2nd visit. Give it a go.

Very nice and brand new. Good food also. The locality is slightly different, but Nishat and Ramada are two new addition in the lahore hospitality business.

Food is averege. Reception people are very friendly and supporting. Rooms Ok. Placed in the heart of the city.surrounding is industrial area with horrible views.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ramada lahore. I was hesitant the beginning to stay at any hotel due to the COVID19 pandemic however after speaking to the management I was assured that all SOPs are being followed and all of the precautions are being taken. After my 2 day stay at the hotel I am satisfied with the protocols being followed.
I'd like to add that the quality of food was excellent.
The hotel meets all international standards.

I stayed here for two nights and I must say I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, and the precautions (for COVID-19) the entire staff was taking. We ordered room service for both days and the food was excellent. We were given great service throughout and our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lahore.

I was quarantined here for 2 days and the service provided by this hotel was just great. Wasn't expecting such services.

I have stayed there during quarantine. Pathetic service in terms of getting food delivery from outside.
