Punjab Hut Resorts

I great hotel in my view. I've been going there practically all my life and it's been a pleasure. Inside restrooms are clean the food is good and the rooms are mostly with nice views with clean beds and other amenities.

A delightful retreat surrounded by nature. Cozy and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Ideal for reconnecting with nature and relaxation.

Away from the main Murree mall road, a bit over-rated. If you are going to enjoy a quiet environment their musical evening disturbs the serenity till late night, and if you want to enjoy noisy live music, your day has hardly anything with them to enjoy.

This guest house located a few kilometres from Murree on Murree - Bhurban road is neat, tidy and a very well managed stay and dine place.
The rooms are spacious, clean having all the amenities including laundry service, internet (though painfully slow) sitting balcony views especially in the deluxe category.
Washrooms were neat and clean too though the gieser was a conventional one (not instant) so if it's not timely turned on you won't get hot water.
Riwaj restaurants inside the guest house serve reasonably tasty food. There is an open air dining facility with live music in a serene environment which is very soothing to sit and relax. This music show runs every night till 1130 PM. The singer is talented and deserves appreciation.
There is a coffee shop which remains open till late midnight and serves quality coffee alongside sheesha if one desires.
Overall a good experience and recommended.

We were extremely disappointed by the poor quality of Punjab Huts. Staff is extremely rude and illiterate. Front desk manager Naveed is abusing in nature and treated us very badly. Rooms are dated and in bad shape. Our room was not even properly cleaned and bed felt like it had bed bugs. There is bad moldy smell in the room which is hard to breath in. We had paid for the room but had to leave and move to another hotel. They did not offer any relief or apology including the higher management. It’s better to stay somewhere else than staying at this shady and low level place.

I never see best place like Punjab Hut in Murree for family and recommend to all families to try Punjab Hut hospitality

Beautiful place with good environment and the hotel is very large with very large and clean rooms. Punjab hut Resort has lavish food taste with cleanliness. Outclass service along reasonable prices as compare to other hotels in that location.

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms, Delicious food, perfect coffee enjoyment, well mannered staff overall experience was great would love to stay again and recommend family and friends.better value of money as compared to other hotels in murree Bhurban and nathiya Gali who just charge you too many taxes to provide services.

Beautiful place with nice and cozy atmosphere, nice and Cooperative staff, delicious food, cozy and luxury bedrooms with beautiful landscape views to look out at, just phenomenal.

Clean neat but expensive and they didn’t inform me that breakfast was complimentary and I was charged breakfast separately So overall cut-throat approach of staff

One of the best places to stay in murree. It was 10k per night with a double bed. Free breakfast.
Its not congested like mall road so a perfect spot for families.

They have an apartment with two bedrooms, attached baths and a living space for only 20k a night.

The staff is very cooperative and active.

The guy on the reception have no etiquettes it looks like you’re checking in in any cheap 800 Bucks/night room somewhere on mall road.

Room service needs improvement. The food section and the view area outside needs to be separated.

Overall, a neat & clean place with decent rooms. When it comes to food, breakfast buffet is nice because I prefer to have some breakfast options when travelling. Ala Carte is outstaning especially Mutton Karahi. Dinner BBQ was underwhelming though.

We didn’t stay here during our recent trip to Murree but we had dinner here and it was the best food i had in Murree. They have live music and bbq. Nice location safe parking and good service overall.

Worst hospitality ever. Hotel was good and the rooms. But the staff and mangement is very rude and not at all coperative.
