Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore

Rooms are excellent but carpets need to be replaced but front desk staff is amazing doing great job under tough circumstances. Wants to appreciate Ms. Fatima from Guest relations for their hospitality and support.

PC services are excellent and staff have very good behavior specially front office Reception staff miss merab khan.

Fatima on front desk was really cooperative and hardworking, should be promoted to higher levels.

I am your Black card member and stayed in PC Lahore with my free night voucher. I was given standard room which was smelly and dirty then on my complain they changed my room to another saying it’s better and bigger than previous room which was on same floor level 6 but unfortunately that room aircon was not working at all actually that floor was hot and I think aircon was not working on that level.

On approaching to reception again and getting little annoyed on them they gave me another room which was in level 3 and was perfectly fine. I suggested Mr. Waqas on reception that it’s better if you don’t offer rooms which were given to me previously as it’s spoiling hotel reputation and also disturbing me as customer that what sort of service is being offered to their member. I will totally avoid booking any room in future if this thing will continue like this only.

The rooms are average, not best as they charged, tissue paper overall missing in rooms as well as not found on dining tables, in main hall there's is not proper sofa or chairs or any other option for seating

Service is excellent. Especially the good behaviour and reception of me and honourable guests (friends) in a novelty and marvelous manner by Miss Meerab khan. God bless her more and more in near future. Its my pray for her.

Room#576. Had an amazing and very peaceful stay at PC hotel. The staff, room cleaning and everything is on point. The housekeeping staff is very cooperative and helpful.

After hearing the hype of this hotel. I was disappointed in my visit.the standard room was below quality with chipped tiles and dirty bedding. The decor and maintenance was also shocking for the prices they charge. I feel they cater for executive and club members more than normal customers. The main part of the hotel is beautiful and up kept but hardly any seating to enjoy music and ambience in the lobby. Prices are extortionate for above the charges the already take for room charges so be prepared to spend a lot of money for low quality.

I tried out the salon for a manicure and pedicure which was good but they didn’t have a nail light to dry the polish so by the time I got to my room my nails were ruined and chipped as they were still wet.

Heath Club and Spa: Hannan Gill seems to be an excellent administrator / manager. Great support from Ijaz Riaz Sahib as well. Best Regards

Not commenting about the hotel experience but parking and food on weddings is the worst experiences in Lahore

Food served at their wedding halls or otherwise functions is below average always.
Other RESTUARANT’s in the hotel are there because of the hotel.
Would not give a high score for people who love tasty food.
