Pearl-Continental Hotel Bhurban

It was a good experience being at pc bhuban, the food quality and service is not good, and housekeeping needs much improvement. However, location, security, and conduct of staff were found good.

It was a wonderful trip, however, the restaurants are little expensive and the food quality of room services for e.g pizza was not as per expectation. The ambiance and facilities however was excellent.

PC (Pearl Continental) is a well-known hotel chain in Pakistan, known for its luxury accommodations and services.

Reception Mam Mishal behaviour very rudely with me you pay to her for rude behaviour with us also main gate enters guard attitude is very bad you should improve that i visited your so many properties but murree staff behaviour not good with us

Probably the only 5 star in Bhurban. Great facilities and kind staff. But the rooms might need a décor update.

Wonderful experience of staying here. 5 star hotel at 5 star palace with 5 star facilities, worth seeing place. If u haven't booking then 1500 entry charges.

Had a great time with family and the environment of the hotel was very calm and quiet. Food was expensive but overall it is worth visiting.

Loved the services provided by the health club members. 4 days stay and everything was spot on when it comes to saloon, steam room and sauna. Abdul Basit, Youreed and Qaiser Sb all did wonderful job. Can't wait to meet them again for some pampering

I stayed there for 2 Nights with a group of 44 people. And I was group coordinator from Coca-Cola Icecek. I would say it was short but memorable trip. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and beyond to help to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Special thanks to Ali Ahmed, Rehmat Ishaq, Yasin Obaid, Jammil and Abdullah Tariq for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend Pearl-Continental Hotel Bhurban if anyone visiting this place.

The place is fantastic, one most famous and only five star in the region, the terrace grill has nice food, but when the waiter arrived at first time he recalled few dishes like a food street I couldn't stop my laugh, might be the case they deal with visitors of all kinds everyday but to be honest the dealing should be kept at same level across the board, finally food was nice and a recommanded place for light meals.

Housekeeping was excellent service spacail room was clean well bathroom was also neat and clean

I loved it! O (*≧≦) ツ The rooms were so aesthetic and cute! And the buffet, the balcony and the view there was so good that I can't even describe it- the buffet's view were mountains and the sky, it was so beautiful! Totally recommend and would love to go there again!

Overrated place. Very bad customer service. Food was not tasty at all. Only the location and views were awesome.

I stay for two nights at room no. 213. During stay at PC hotel bhurban Murree I appreciate overall management, cleanliness of room, bathroom as well as overall was too much satisfactory. We pray and appreciate Waseem ahmad

Stay is awosme at that time they don't have pena coladas and mint margarita.
At night they told that their is a dance performance but we didn't get that.

Housekeeping was amazing service room was neat and clean washroom also clean bed was comfortable and room fragrance is good and well mintained hotel

Health Club: Qaisar Khan
I have stayed here for 3 days. I have enjoyed every service here specially thanks to qaisar khan from barbar shop for outstanding services and good dealing and professional behavior.thanks again. Soon i will visit again here

The stay has been great as usual. The staff is courteous whereas the place is maintained, hygienic and all-inclusive. Love the food. Also tried the health club services for the first time for a head massage. Highly recommend Deeba. She is very pleasant and also knows her work really well. Keep it up!
