Park Lane Hotel

Okay to stay. Food is medium. I used to eat here, food then was excellent. Now food is just okay.

Smelly rooms, food was awesome. Service was good. But it was not value to money. I always stayed at BWP but this time i decided to stay in PLH and honestly. I feel like i made a mistake.

Interior was pathetic, service was delay. Overall not a good experience in such huge charges

712 room was too small and ventilation was also very poor with wet floor due to air-conditioning

The facility is getting older and it need renovation.

Chefs need to innovate the food options more.

Visited with family and booked double room with the impact of having nice feelings but despite mentioning all facilities, swimming pool is off and amazing that no one is taking any responsibility to operationalise it. NO HOT WATER TEMPERATURE SYSTEM.dirtiest pool i ever see.
Amazed how hotel management worked?

Hotel is very good and staff is co-operative but the parking staff is not professional hit my car while taking out it from the basement parking.

Room and washroom is very dirty smell problem staff not coperative and dont solve any problem this is 2nd starr hotel please hotel need renovation please dont stay

Better hotel than many in Lhr. 3 star hotel with supportive staff and their management. Gym was also good, along with room was cozy and clean. I stayed at 701.

Out class stay.staff was good.breakfast and restaurant is also good.perfect stay.room was very comfortable & window view was awesome

Went there to watch Cricket Match of Pakistan VS Newzeland at Roof Top, Sitting arrangement was not good (second line main bethy loagon ko screen half nazar ati thi), Secondly Buffet was also not good. (Dishes and Price)

5 star hotel in the heart of Lahore. Quick check in and check out.
Hi tea is mediocre but the rooms are excellent with ample sunlight.

Went there for a company dinner (Odyssey Solutions), The over all experience was great, especially the food which was very tasteful.

I stayed at this hotel in Nov. 2021. LOVED IT! I go to Lahore twice a year. Each time I stay at a different hotel. Park Lane Hotel is probably the best experience I have had so far. Even better than over-rated PC Hotel. The hotel is clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially day-shift manager, Kashif Bhatti. Went out of his way to help me with any issues I had. The location is great. Minutes away from some of the best restaurants/cafes in Lahore. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms could use a little upgrade. But overall. Great place to stay.

On a busy mm Alam road room's are good enough cleanliness can be improved food is delicious the staff is the asset of the hotel always helpful

Location is good customer service is ok. What I expected with 5 star hotel but it's not match. Room have no bed side socket. Bathroom not standard match. Towels are looks very rough. Location wise is good breakfast is good. 4
