Amazing place to dine with family. For info it is a military base so only officials and relatives can visit the place.

Excellently situated lawn with beautiful views of mountains. Officers Mess food quality is of very good. Car parking is sufficient. Prices are reasonable.

Whenever i Visited PAF MESS LOWER TOPA I FOUND LOT OF IMPROVMENT IN FACILITIES I FEEL VERY VERY COMFORTABLE SAFE SECURE AND VERY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. SALUTE TO THE HIGHER COMMAND AND MESS SECRETARY LOOKING AFTER THE GUESTS. MY PRAYERS ALWAYS WITH U. Best Regards

Food expensive! & not so good try go to pc Burhan Chinese restaurant known as Tai pie will be the best choice of your very life!

Lower Topa, Mess was established in the late 19 / 20th Century (Colonial Era). Mess presents some awesome views of hills and mountains around and a quiet place to sit, enjoy the scenery and have a cup of tea. The place is not open for public so no entry is granted without permission. The overall ambiance, environment and food is great.

Nice place to stay and staff is polite and helpful. Stayed in Blue Suite well located and clean. Next to Mess.

A beautiful place and hospitality of PAF can't be defined in words base commander AC Sohail Ajaib deserve the commanding position of base like this long live PAF

PAF Lower Topa, is a School for Cadets from class 8 to intermediate likely to be enrolled for various branches of PAF. Standard of education is good. An Officer of AVM is the Principal additionally an Air Commodore is the Base Commander to support school as well as other units. Recently MacDonald has opened at the juncture of three roads.

One of the best and most beautiful scenic places to visit. Not only is it a beautiful place but the the staff is also nice, compliant and helping. A great way to get cooled down in the summer is by going here because the temperature is so good. The food was great and the seating was also quite good.

This is the best place we can find in murree! It is so calm and quiet! You can have a lovely time at murree! The service is awesome. You can order fast food aswell as continental! And the charges are so cheap!

It's a very nice place for lodging, if you can get it. The rooms are clean and stocked with basic necessities like toiletries, sheets and tea supplies. The food is also great, the Khakina is always a top recommendation for breakfast. Tea with fries and pakoray here also makes a good tea time snack. A batman is available with each room and the wifi here is also pretty steady.

Dine in area is very cozy and food is delicious. Worth watching scenes from the mess but the area is restricted to Armed officials only.

My brother studied here for 5 years. This is a very good college and the messing is also superb
