Luxus Grand Hotel

I recently stayed at Luxus grand hoteland was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. With its prime location and top-notch facilities, I highly recommend Luxus grand hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

I (Pakistani-Canadian) and my fiancé (from Mexico) decided to book a room at this hotel via booking.com but reservation didn't go through because of some payment issue. Hence we decided to head direct to the hotel straight from the airport once we arrived to hotel we were greeted by workers. But at the front desk this manager (i forget his name) told me to grab a seat. We waited for about 10 minutes but there was no sign of anyone looking into my reservation so I decided to head back to the front desk. This time some other guy said I have to wait for the online reservation to go through without knowing the whole scenario. I decided to correct this young men who was wearing his facemask halfway with exposed nose. He asked me to show him my fiancé ID so I obliged and he took a look at it but then asked what is relationship between us is. I told this guy we have been happily engaged and plan to wed sometime in March 2022 but that was not enough which led me to show him the picture of our proposal from Niagara falls Canada (dated 12/21/2021) but that he seemed to be reluctant to let us stay at the hotel and said sorry we can’t get you the room its our policy so i asked him where is such thing written he couldn't show me this so called policy anywhere, its none of their business to ask such personal question. It was the worst first experience I have ever had, I never had someone ask me this question in my whole life and I am 32 years old, this manager was not welcoming at all for the foreigners, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, please save your time and money, head to a hotel who treat their customer with respect and dignity

Rooms were clean staff was very nice & fast working. Breakfast was very good reasonable rate recommended for family's & group of people.

The rooms were really comfy with freshly laundered sheets and duvets. Tv was small according to the room size and was an old classic non-smart LED. Luckily I always travel with my Chromecast.

They had to shift me to another room because the first one had serious plumbing issues. There was water leaking all the time and the bathroom floor was always flooded. The new room came with issues of it’s own but it was still manageable. Loved the workstation in every room, since I WFH, it was a blessing.

The major letdown was the breakfast. It was the same “desi” menu everyday. I expected a lot from this hotel specially for the ratings it has and the amount they’re charging. They really need to reconsider the menu.

Stay was good and rooms and services was good.well managed neat and clean hotel with facilities.

My experience with them was the best most hospitable people not only the staff even the guards outside I visited with family and my stay was better than PC hotels rooms are amazing overall 10/10 in everything would recommend this hotel personally to everyone!

Don't go here grand luxus hotel's staff behavior is very bad they have no sence how to deal with customers.

Excellent experience. Khuram couldn't do enough. Clean hotel extensive buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel it's good central location and definitely worth the money

This hidden jewel in Lahore is as close as they get to 5 star service in Pakistan. The staff was friendly and diligent in getting us checked-in, making sure we had sufficient water, soaps, etc as well as providing us with our requested items (ironing board, laundry service, etc). My only issue with the room was that the bathrooms are very outdated.
On another note, come check-out time, they had not included our laundry charges in the final bill and called me later to come back and pay it. Rather unprofessional as that is something that should have been taken care of long before check-out. To make matters worse, they had charged the laundry boy the full bill for my laundry and he ended up calling me to ask to come pay the bill as that was likely higher than his paid wages.

The perceived image of the hotel is great, but after this encounter, I'm not sure if this is a place that will be receiving our business again.

Everything is perfect, room service courteous staff, facilities but there is one issue.there isnt a good parking space for guests. People Have to give away their car keys to the hotel staff which isnt comfortable for everyone. There should be a separate parking for the staying guest. Rest the place is worth staying.

My first time staying at the luxus grand hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. I am highly impressed with the cleanliness, hygiene, ambiance, quality of premises, rooms, dining hall, and most importantly, the professional and above and beyond my expectation experience I have received so far. Due to a change in flight, I had to request to shorten my duration of stay at the hotel, the Manager Khurram, and the other staff were able to get in touch with booking.com and solve my problem right away. I was assured a refund of the remaining balance upon check out. My entire stay has been extremely comfortable, and the rooms are very comfortable as well. I have also stayed at the Luxus hotel in attabad, Hunza, and I recommend both of these facilities.
