8My experience there is just normal not good, though not bad. You will have bed and blankets and attached washroom facility. But there are no geysers and Heaters. And you will feel great need of that if you are visiting Murree in Winter. Water behaves like chilling ice.
Just Opposite to Daewoo Bus Terminal Murree. Best location One can easily enter into Mall Road underground market and this market leads to main mall road.
ہوٹل بہت خوبصورت ہے لیکن کمرے کے اندر کی صفائی اور میٹرکس وغیرہ کچھ خاص نہیں کمرے کے اندر کی وجہ ایک بدبو بھی آ رہی تھی۔

Rude and arrogant owner. Treats customers as beggers, expects customers to clean the rooms despite staying for more than a day. Staff is confused about the facilities allowed to customer. Renovated the front and cheap stuffs inside.
Really really worst experience staff was so rude and angry. This hotel didn’t even deserve the one start which I’m giving. Really not helpful at all. Even abusive and insulting
Rooms were too small, when we asked for a mattress, they provided one but it was in very very bad condition. The bedsheets were full of hairs, pillows were dirty, but when we asked them to change it, they did it without an arguement. The switches were out of the circuit board. No heater also.
