I stayed for a night with family to attend an event in the hotel. The staff and the service is very nice

Managed two weddings. Excellent experience. Excellent food.very well managed.

It's a vintage Hotel. Quid e Azam founding father of Pakistan, Justice Cornellieus and famous acotress Eva Gardner not only stayed here but it's regular customers. Aesthetically its very good. Now famous for it's good halls for big functions. Food and services are top line. Very humble staff. Rooms are recently renovated and huge.

Very nice and clean establishment. It had a lot of Pakistani history attached to it where from Quaid e Azam to a lot of founding fathers of Pakistan stayed here regularly.
We were there for high tea and although the items were good and various, the seating arrangement and the amount of people allowed to enter the high tea buffet place was way over capacity. It seemed like more of a wedding food open announcement where everyone want to get food at once. Atleast the wedding food line eases up after the initial rush this line at the Falettis high tea never got light. I would recommend not visiting here for high tea very congested and unsafe specially during corona.

Great place for events and marriages also their food quanlity is awesome because this hotel is too old and quality is the first thing which people prefer now a days.

Very good breakfast options for a very reasonable and unmatched price. Shout out to Qasim who was ever present with help. The breakfast buffet offers a bit of everything for an unbelievable cost. The taste was also very decent. The only downside to the whole experience was the general manager openly grinding and scolding the junior managers over something and that created an overall awkwardness for us. I would definitely visit again and hopefully, there won't be verbal spankings for the staff in front of the visitors.

Good place/ambience with worst food experience. Attended a wedding recently with tasteless food.

Flatties, One of the Oldest hotel established 140 years ago over vast area, situated near mall road, back of punjab Assembly, have a history of hospitality of dignitaries of sub-continent.

Poor services. We have had been doing events here in past few years however, it was a disappointed experiance this time.

Proper main gate checkin and spacious parking available. Inside this place are marriage halls. I attended reception at crystal hall inside falettis hotel. Car parking plaza is not yet constructed which is a need of hour

Spacious parking, very good location heart of Lahore city. Executive meeting and conference halls. Luxurious event halls full of lights and decorations. Food quality was very good. Buffet lunch and sunday brunch in affordable price and variety of dishes. Recommended for corporate events and wedding events.

Pathetic.
Dinner caused gastroenteritis, however that was a chance. I was severely ill because of all night vomiting. I called reception at around 7.00 am. There attitude was callous. I asked them if they could arrange medicines? Answer was flat NO.
I asked if some of their employee can bring medicines from medical store, I would pay, the answer again was flat NO.
I got out of bed with difficulty and requested an employee walking in the corridor, requested him, paid him and got the emergency medicines.
I was to stay for five days but I checked out the same day.
My submission is that their smiles are all commercial and lack humanity.
This is not the first time that a guest became ill and not for the last time.

Always above average experience there, ambiance, food, maintenance is good.

Let it be rooms, halls or food. Everything is fine, only issue is with parking, they need to work on it during conference days.

Yesterday as off 9th September 2021 came to Lahore stayed here in royal suite. No doubt the suite was superb but when it started to rain on of the roof in the room choked over the bed. Administration did nothing but to say what can we do.

The oldest and gold, very prime location, near punjab assembly, wapda house, holiday inn, avari hotel, stock exchange etc nearby places.

One problem go far toilet because not mention direction signplate. Everyone ask to each other where is toilet in Hall

A place steeped in history that has seen lahore experience the onslaught of the British and the chaotic advent of independence from them. The hotel has a long list of illustrious guests that have graced it for more than 150 years. Just being there is an experience in itself. Apart from the historical lineage the place offers all the facilities that are provided by modern hospitality establishments. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who visits lahore.

I have booked an event for 24th July. The Banquet Booking Staff was knowledgeable and cooperative. Will review after the function. Insha Allah.
