Everything was beyond expectations. The ambiance, the food, room. All were exceptional. Service needs a little improvement. Overall a great experience.

Serene is a GoTo if you are in faislabad and want to enjoy fine dining/ higher quality and greater formality. First things first, it is on the upper side of the price range. The barbecue buffet was amazing with really nice outdoor ambience. The singer was a bit too loud at times. All in all, a nice experience.

Now a days they offering hitea from 1: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm for Rs1500/ person plus tax
Generally it has improved from my previous hi tea experience.
I recommend going there

Serena Hotel in Faisalabad is a top notch five star hotel in Faisalabad. Absolutely excellent service, clean rooms and facilities in rooms. Food is good however can be improved in taste since they are already providing ample variety.

Absolute pathetic bbq buffet. For 2700+tax you get aboslute nothing in the buffet. Just for example, the chicken birynai was without chicken and upon asking the manager, he simply asked the bbq guy to put some chicken pieces in the rice. Who in the world calls it chicken biryani? You can count the dishes on your finger and to top that the service is pathetic. Had to ask the manager to get cold water bottles.
Absolutely not recommended. Save your money and eat somewhere else

One of the best boutique hotels that I have ever stayed. The only missing is limited breakfast space. Rooms, atmosphere and location are perfect. I definitely recommend.

Well, services in there were great.although place is a bit over priced.but as fsd is hot during moonsoon and dining out due to covid ain't good choice specially if u r going from Islamabad to fsd.use room service.rest staff and services were Great. Giving them 4 star cox of pricing.

Their security check is strict which obviously means you are safe when you are in the hotel. Delisious food and wondeful service and amenities.
