Good restaurant in the city, Been there some time. They have good food and buffer service too.

Excellent experience qith my stay at Royal Palm… Staff is very cooperative especially the Receptionist as they deal with you very professionally… There food is also very tasty

Very peaceful environment with neat rooms. Basement rooms have cell phone connectivity issues, and breakfast lacks variety!

Credit card machine was not working.although it was 10% tax waiver on payment through cards. Due to that I was unable to get 10% off.

Great Hotel and Restaurant, 3 Star Rated Officially, Food Is Good, But the ambiance is much better

So we went to the Iftar Buffet at Desert Palm.
The only good thing was their ambience and interiors. The staff was clueless. Tasteless, bland food. Only two tables for a full house Buffet like for 100 to 150 people, no spoon, plates and glass replacements for ages. In start, there was just one buffet table serving food and people were pushing in line like its some sort of fish market. No respect or dignified person would dare to stand in this line fighting for food. No Value for money. We went in a group of 20 to 25 people. Spent 50k on buffet but this is seriously one of the bad experiences I've ever had in Pakistan. Money wasted seriously.

If you are going for the ambience, then its good.
Food and Service are so Poor.

Amazing place for food and stay.speak with taste.
Room are too good and taste is also osum.staff is very much coperative
Conference hall for meetings is also here.
Enviornment is also good. Folowing SOP's of COVID-19 very keenly.at the stay is very much cool.

So overall it was great experience there.great place to stay if you’re in Rahim Yar Khan.
Rooms are clean and well equipped.

Before this managment the foods were not good but now it has great delicious food please visit this hotel

The Good Things:
Located in the heart of city very near to railway station and Bus stand. Reasonably good and secure parking is available. Staff is well trained, polite and very helpful. Room security is sophisticated. Comfortable and clean room. Very well maintained wash room with disposable toiletries and kits. Hairdryer is also installed in the washroom. Shower is good with running hot water. Amazed to see a kids play area and a gym to much of the delight of the kids.
The Things to Improve:
We ordered tea via room service at evening but it was served rather late. The tea pots and cups were looking old with scratches. Similarly, the plates in the dining room during the breakfast were also in old phase of their life. Quality of food was good as well as service.
Keynote: Would love to stay at the place again. Highly recommended!

The only 3-star restaurant in town. Its up to the mark whether its food, event halls, staff & their service or their hotel.

Nice Hotel in RYK. Rooms are nice. There is well equipped Gym. Complementary decent accomodation for Driver is also provided.

I travel to RYK fro my business trip I plan to stay in desert palm hotel the room was very nice and big the food was fabulous and excellent

Desert palm new management is upto the mark. Much improved in taste, quality and on the above interaction with customer.

It is 3 star hotel. Good place for events. Now they also started buffet. With 40+ dishes. Nice taste
