City Garden Banquet Hall

There is a lot to improve in ambiance, food n service. Good for parties for people living near by upper mall, Lahore

My review includes the following:

Parking= Worst, it's a congested area and once the baraat arrives, everything gets just messed up.

Management and staff = Surprised to see such a poor management.just running here and there and finally asking for money.

Food = Under cooked chicken, No Salad, focused on one or two tables only. Waited for spoons for almost 15 mints.

Hall = Not suitable for more than 150 people, with no exhaust, 2 dirty wash rooms, the only good thing was chair covers, clean.

Their is no especial place for groom to sit on stage. If someone looking for a wedding ceremony and he is willing to set up a separate sitting area of men and women then it is not recommended.

Pathetic service and very non professional behavior
They hire a supervisor girl waitress and they send her in front to deal what a shameful act

There is little parking, traffic gets blocked on busy road. SOPs were not being strictly followed for Covid as seen but that might be because of the people who's function was happening.

I dont suggest any one to arrange any function here because first of all i dont like the hall second the capacity is for very few people third decorations are not so well and so do the food taste and the major issue of all is there parking you dont have any place to park your cars and it is on the main road which blocks all the traffic which is so annoying for me

Quite spacious. Good for mid level 300 people gathering. They have resolved parking issue by acquiring a plot opposite hall.

Very old banquet hall, everything is perfect except for parking, you have to park on road at your own risk, more than 20 years old wedding banquet hall.

Very bad overall and specially food was very very poor quality poor taste even i doubt the chicken was not hallal

Very pathetic place and unhealthy food. Not recommended for a decent and life long memorable event.

Reasonable sitting option for banquet hall, about 200 to 250 capacity. Has open area as well to add 100 more sitting with adjacent open area food tables.

Locarion wise and environment wise good for weddings and other functions
service needs to be improve

Event complex at Haider road Islampura۔ it's a good place for family functions like birthday parties, rasm e mehndi, nikah, valima, barat, aqeeqa etc. Place is well furnished and not so costly. Attendants are well groomed and polite. They offer a lot of chicken, mutton, fish, beef and sweet dishes. With a variety of soft drinks. If you are living in Islampura or nearby areas then it is a good idea to book this place for your functions.

Place is fine. Although the price is comparatively highy as per the area but can manage in emergency. Food is fine. A satisfactory response from my side.

It's okay, the service is fine, not so expensive either, a good place if you want to celebrate something
