Cantt General Hospital

Went for x-ray on Sunday morning. Looked like a ghost town, see photos.
Emergency was on as there were some patients. Emergency staff said to check with counter if xray machine is working or not.
Rs 200 for entry / initial charge, 800 for x-ray of hand.

Quick service as there were no other patients for xray.

Wheelchair accessible. Medical stores near by. Food and shopping plenty.

On Sunday morning, the condition was like a ghost bungalow. Except for the emergency, there were no people due to which the X-ray was rushed. 200 rupees for token, and 800 rupees for x-ray.

3 years back it was goverment hospital. But this time they are private now. Aeast jab ap treatment k liye a rahy hain tou out cantt walon ko pehly hi bol do k yahan na ao paisa hum sy lay kar facilitate dusron ko kyun karna.admin n hod are rude but luckily i got good doctors who treated me really well. They were concerned for each and every patient

Too expensive and hypocratic. They check people on Rs 200 slip but whenever one needs admission they treat you as a private customer. No complaint is entertained at any level

Very poor administration.
Very difficult procedure for new gynecology patients.
If they give you a private slip for the first time then they will not accommodate you in cantt facilities even you have a velid CNIC with Cantt RWP address.
All administration people like Dr Ateeq or others are useless.
My personal experience is not good in this hospital regarding poor administration.
Also.
Not allowed to park a car at inside hospital car parking but a lot of space available.

Compared to before now the facilities got expensive it's no longer a cantt hospital rather a private one

Doctors and Staff are very cooperative. Cleanliness must be a bit more improved. These types of hospitals must be made after every 3 to 5km in town. There is a patient load in this hospital which the government must analyze and act accordingly.

Their patient flow is quite smooth that's why they try to deliver quite good services in timely manner

Very pathetic
I got an accident then
I went their at 7: 30 am and just roaming in the hospital no one was ready to treat, that was their greeting time.till 8: 30 doctor Dr Noveen Sohail did not arrived.staff was chill.
Their should be a check and balance on doctors. They should have biometric attendance

First its was government which is then collabed with private firms that have made it more efficient

Pathetic administration, no quality for money they take and few doctors i know are being bullied by the admins, not letting them stay in their field, rather accusing them with false allegations and suspending them
public vise, it's a fine place to get your common illnesses cured.

Quick service, a friend in-recent had an accident, took him there, tetanus injection was provided on time, overall good except we asked the nursing guy to inject on his back so he might ride slow next time, to which nursing guy could just smile.

Worst service even I complained the management on the first day they responded but on the second day I asked them that I wanted to discuss more about the matter discussed on call he asked me to wait for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes I called him again and he didn’t bothered to call me back.

They charged me premium and gave the worst service. If you are financially stable go for the private hospital. They gave us the Private ward where washrooms were smelly and you can feel the smell in the whole ward, one time we tried to go for the General ward for using washroom as they were somehow cleaned but their staff stopped us and asked to go back to our ward in a harsher manner even we explained the condition of the washrooms in the Private ward.

Their staff is good when you offer them money otherwise you will find them misbehaved.

The other disadvantage is the medicine shop is far away. If you are getting operated be prepared for climbing stairs and walking in a maze to get to the medicine shop.

Update:
This is a Private Hospital this is not anymore Government Hospital. So be careful.

WHY THERE IS NO FEMALE ANESTHESIOLOGIST AND FEMALE ANESTHETIST IN GYNEA AND C SECTION OPERATIONS BCOZ SOME WOMEN PREFERS TO BE FULLY TREATED BY FEMALE STAFF ONLY AND IT IS MORE CONVENIENT AND ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC RULES?

Worst delivery experience in contonment hospital.careless staff and doctors.i was private patient of gynecologist mona khawal.she has no care of patient she jxt want money.i suggest never treat from this hospital.they want make money through different type of test medicine and doctor checkup

Pretty typical for a Government run medical facility. Three stars are for cleanliness other wise counter staff is not helpful. It takes ages to get your receipt. I've had the misfortune to visit this hospital on 2 occasions & both of the time I was told that internet has disconnected, so we cannot print the receipts. I left there on 1st occasion & unfortunately stayed there on the next day. Simple Blood Sugar test takes 2 hours to get results & had to get in line thrice to just to get my mothers teeth extracted. Though Dentist was pretty good & helpful. It took us 4 hrs to just get her teeth removed. So not recommended considering the fees they charge for extraction are pretty much same as any local dentist. Only good for consultation if you can stomach the long waiting times.

Doctors are too good hospital is clean but their washrooms are dirtiest washrooms i have ever seen they need to improve it

Best Hospital in Cantt.high class services, competent Doctors, my personal experience is very good.
