Discovered the best place at murree at affordable reasonable prices. Rooms were clean. Staff was very cooperative unlike usually expected. Kids remained busy at playland and we were really at peace because of it. View was unbelievable. No other hotel offers a view like this one.

A place with a view to cherish for. I stayed here for one night and it was the best part of the trip.this hotel is almost 2-3 km away from mall road which is perfect and there rates are economical according to their location.first of all it is having an amazing outdoor area for sitting as well as inside the hotel there are very comfortable sofas.secondly the rooms where perfect in every way the thing which I loved was definitely the view, washrooms where clean where they have given access to hot water.they also give complimentary breakfast, we went late for breakfast so food was cold and tea was like water other than that everything was perfect.one more thing which I loved about this restaurant was it's location on front of it there was SUBWAY, DUNKIN DONUTS, BREAD AND BUTTER etc.which was good to eat food.it was my best experience in murree of any hotel.surely I am gonna visit again.

Only drawback is the tvs are outdated. The times call for smart tvs. Other than that, everything was great!

Having lost faith in the hospitality sector of Murree, my family's stay at bluand heights has revitalised my faith in Murree's hospitality once again. Clean, spacious rooms (with inverter heating, you might need a humidifier, if you can't stand dry heat much), courteous staff (including waiters to reception guys), accommodating GM Fayyaz Khan saab. Everything was good. There were a few shortcomings which I pointed out in the comment card for them to ponder and work on. And Guy's there is no lift so bear with the stairs.
Guys the charge for playland is Rs. 600 per child per hour or you can pay Rs. 1000 as a day pass per child. This offer was for room occupants only.
Bread and butter, Dunkin Donuts, and Subway satiate the food craving with K&N's fried items sold by Al-Baik there. Overall it was a good experience.

Parking is free. Mind it, besides the old guard looking after the Parking area (Nice and welcoming), you'll be confronted with a tiktoker macho. He is annoying but with a good shut-up call, he'll mind his business.

Hotel at great location on a mountain few kilometers down from Mall road. Service was good overall except the food shops near around it which are very few and quality of the food not that good. Further, the subways right under the hotel not seems the actual subway as it has two price tags, one for local people and another for tourists which is almost double the amount they use to see to the local people. Also there is no free WIFI for people staying at hotel. Overall it was nice experience.

One of the best and economical places to stay in murree for families. Best for kids because of dedicated play area (rs. 1000 is charged per kid for full day entry). Food outlet options such as albaik is a plus point

Not recommended, breakfast very unhealthy, my kids starts vomiting, not recommended very poor service

Outstanding location, Kamal front view, restaurants and subway is nearby and on the main murree road.

And GOOD VALUE to money

Mahia helped us all the way starting out from just booking the room. 1-Day costed us 15,000 PKR and we stayed for 2. The room was clean and had no problems in it. We got balcony room and the view was great. The customer service team is great and the breakfast was okay. Overall I recommend visiting here.

The space, ambience, view and value for money is in abundance. Friendly and value seeking staff with caring and quick response towards clients need. The only thing thats missing is a lift and a restaurant and other than this everything has room for improvement and i hope they would become better and better day by day. Lots of thanks and appreciation for Mr Ahmed and Mr Muawiya and lots of wishes for a great and prosperous future.
