Institute has superb campus with great facilities for students. The staff is very good and the teachers are also very good. Some classroom are well equipped with Air conditioners and well ventilated.

My friend took an English course here. After course, when she demanded her certificate they procrastinated. After numerous messages over the course of eight months, they finally asked her to pick up her certificate. For eight months, they didn't reply to her texts. The female teacher then offered an explanation for the missing certificate and demanded her images to create a new one. She was instructed to take her certificate by the female teacher there, and now it will be her fault if her certificate is misplaced by the institute.
How can my friend be accountable for the loss of her own certificate from the institute?
This is a professional institute and should behave in this manner. When I questioned how she could say that to my friend, she fiercely responded that your parent's upbringing reflects you.
