I stayed in room no 1220 My stay was very excellent. SPAICALLY Mr Waseem Housekeeping Supervisor is very friendly and His attitude is very good He is very good prsenality. Thanks Avari group of companies

1- Served with expired rice and rotten chicken seekh kebab. (Other Nan bread and karahi was delicious). Manager came to the room to argue that food is fresh. I showed him the rice were like rock but he couldn't see and my kids couldn't eat.
2- Buffet breakfast was horrible- Having almost no customer and the chiefs were too slow. No idea why
3- The only proactive staff was the driver who got us to the airport on time and helped to arrange all the luggage in van.
4- Hotel rooms were really clean
5- Receptionist/waiters were professional.

If you stay here, ensure that you lock all valuables in the safe or take them with you. We had about $300 of our emergency/backup cash stolen from our bags while we were out. We reported the theft to management. They investigated and said that there was nothing that they could do. They also don't provide a way to tell staff not to clean/enter your room. Other than the theft, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the location convenient.

Very unpleasant stay, the hotel is unfinished and under construction, my room was tiny with zero noise dampening. I rarely had hot showers because of inefficient plumbing. I could hear everything going on in the passage and had a speaker playing the same piano pop covers nonstop right outside my door. Imagine it, having to phone reception 3 times in one night to ask them to turn the music down? ! No gym (under construction), no pool, getting woken up by drilling, hammering and grinding most mornings. The restaurant is limited with poorly trained waiting staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with a modicum of standards in hospitality. The only positive thing was its location, close to shops/restaurants/markets which made escaping an easy walk.

Absolutely lovely. The service is very good. Food is also fine with a lot of variety. Rooms are spacious. They take special care of cleanness which is just amazing. I loved my stay there and I recommend it to everyone. It is not that expensive and is very reasonable. Simple fact is that I loved only one hotel in Pakistan before this and that was Mariot hotel in Islamabad. Now I love two hotels. It's a complement!

I came from UK and stayed here for ten nights, Had amazing experience, clean, nice environment, staff is cooperative especially Mr Ali Raza who has been very generous to me, highly recommended especially for foreigners
