Washroom wasn't clean plus the worker was sitting busy with the phones they not even cleaning the tables. Owner must visit the place

If I could possibly make it a negative star I would! We've paid a premium for this place and it's in the worst condition possible! Any medium tier hotel would have been better! It's disgusting and dirty! It's broken and unkempt. I would warn everyone from ever booking this place. Come look and you wouldn't want to pay a penny

Peaceful place but in the hut according to ur affordability u will find good huts like in 4500 only no hot water no proper heat but in 9000 u will find all facilities
Neatness is ok but I think food quality was very poor

Expensive room rates.non nigotiable.fries plat will cost you 300 here.this place has no market around and you are bound to buy their expensive food.scary place at night.

Only if wifi was working and manager was a little friendly this would be a 4 star. Rating is for luxury rooms. Standard rooms aren't worth what they charge.

A very nice and calm place to chill and relax, the heating arrangement is based on gas, which switches off at 2 o clock, if you are not fussy about the cold and are not from south then arcadian is the choice for you to do bar b q at night in the open sky watching the clear sky

Arcadian shogran is way way better in every possible way.there is loads of room for improvement

Location is excellent. But rooms needs serious makeover and renovation. Compared to quality of rooms prices are a bit high

Location is really nice. Service just average but food is soo pathetic and bad. If u want to order something then only order desi food or fish n chips. Rest is so bad. Other bad thing is they dont accept payments from card.

Good resort. But managed by not so trained people, although food was great. Rooms were nice but shadowy don't look like typical resort. Rooms were clean but not spacious. Hot water was available in bathroom but washrooms were not chic.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are too small as compared to price. Pindi point is nearest 5 mins drive from hotel. No boundary wall means less secure.

It used to be a good place, but after the change in management customer service has gone down the drain and prices have sky rocketed. They like to keep the whole place empty instead of giving a small discount. Will not survive for long.

Comfortable place, extremely hospitable staff, and a beautiful view. Perfectly located, away from the hustle bustle of mall road, but not too far, if one wants to visit

A unique location, far away from hastle, in the woods with excellent ambience. But they really need to improve their food standard, their service standard and food related knowledge of their waiters and manager.

Not the cleanest and most luxurious rooms but staff is really cooperative and they can serve good continental food

Best part was food. Few places in the area with good food. Worst part is the pindi point road right in front of resort. Noisy. Carpets not vacuumed regularly, hence dusty. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Images on booking. Com are though bit exaggerated. 4 star is in comparison with other resorts in locality, ofcourse excluding PC bhurbon.

This is a nice hotel, with neat and clean accommodation. Hot water is provided in washrooms and heating only provided from November till February. Room rent is high as compared to the accommodation. Food prices are also little high.

Rest hotel is good to stay and staff is very helpful and supportive.
